I plan to go swimming every week. I always have milk and bread for breakfast. There is a swimming pool near my home. 2. 能力目标 (1)学习了解总体意思、快速浏览、查找细节的阅读技巧。 (2)运用所学知识,表达对食物的喜好、描述自己或他人的饮食、生活习惯。 3. 情感目标: 在学习本课的过程中,了解到日常饮食和生活习惯对身体的影响,促使学生在平时生活中选择更好的饮食结构和生活方式保持健康。 重点和难点: 学习饮食结构与身体健康之间的关系。 运用所学知识,表达对食物的喜好、描述自己或他人的饮食、生活习惯。 教具准备: 多媒体(Multimedia) Teaching steps: Step 1:Show teaching aims. How should we live ?We should have a healthy lifestyle. Step 4: Get ready for the reading. T: Today, we’ll learn an article about kitty’s and Daniel’s lifestyles . Pay attention to the pronunciation. Now work in groups, read and find out the difficult phrases and sentences. T: Do you have any difficult points ?
