Eyes are important to everyone. But do you know how to protect your eyes? First, eat right to protect your eyes. Carrots are good for eyes. Vegetables with dark green leaves do good to your eyes, too. Eating fish can help to keep your eyes healthy as well. Smoking is as bad for your eyes as it is for the rest of your body, so give it up or never begin. If you spend a lot of time working at the computer or reading books, your eyes can get tired. To avoid that, you can try the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. And when you read, you should hold the book a foot away from your eyes. Last but not least, do eye exercises every day. It will help your eyes have a good rest.
