Class 2, Senior 2, Humen High School 课型: Using Structure 教学内容:Module 7 Unit 4 Revise the Attributive Clause (restrictive) 语言材料分析:本单元要求复习的语法是限制性定语从句。对于高中阶段的学生来说,定语从句的掌握是难点重点,而定语从句的难点重点就在于对关系代词和关系副词的掌握。因此,在本课时的设计中,通过一个谜语自然的引入,让学生一起复习归纳了定语从句的特点和用法,并通过一套由易到难的练习,让学生自主发现并掌握相关的语法规则,最后能自主地在听说读写中正确运用定语从句。 Teaching aims: 1. To review the grammar point--- the Attributive Clause ( restrictive ) 2. To help the students reconstruct the knowledge of grammar--- the Attributive Clause ( restrictive ) Teaching methods: PPP--- Presentation, Practice, Production Teaching aids: CAI (PowerPoint) Teaching Procedures Focus or expected results Step 1 Presentation Greeting Ask the students to do a riddle first as a warming up. The riddle actually contains a restrictive attributive clause. Then let the students pay special attention to the sentence structure and revise the basic structure of attributive clause. Ask them to fill in the table about how the pronouns are used. Which is the star _______ is nearest to the earth. Then check the answers together. II. Semi-controlled Practice Ask the students to combine two sentences into one, using the attributive clause. It is about Xu Benyu’s story. There are some pictures to accompany this exercise. Do you know Xu Benyu who was rewarded as one of the famous people that made the whole nation moved in 2004? Let’s learn his stories by combining these sentences. A. Xu Benyu is a 27-year-old boy. B. His family is very poor. ____________________________________________________ A. Writing: My dream of becoming a volunteer 目标:让学生自然地进入教学内容,激发兴趣。让学生自己发现并分析所用句子的语法。 预测效果:学生能意识到这节课的教学目标。 目标:让学生回忆总结所学过的语法规则。 预测效果:不同层次的学生对定语从句的相关知识有一定的认识,复习他们以前所学过的内容。 目标:通过一套难度适中的练习,让学生加强对关系代词和关系副词的理解和运用。并且总结只能用that的语法规则。 预测效果:不同层次的学生能通过练习更好的掌握定语从句的语法规则。 目标:通过这一情景练习,让学生对定语从句有更进一步的了解和掌握,并且对2004年感动中国人物之一---徐本禹有所了解,从他身上学习乐于助人的志愿者精神。与本单元的话题Sharing 紧密联系。 预测效果:学生兴趣浓厚,能积极地并正确地使用所学的定语从句语法规则完成任务。 目标:通过游戏,让学生在乐趣中学习语法并使用所学的知识,巩固所学的语法规则,激发学习兴趣。 预测效果:学生能顺利完成任务,并达到在口语中练习语法的效果。 目标:提高学生的写作能力,在写作中自由地运用定语从句。把语法与自己的生活联系起来,表述自己做志愿者的梦想。 预测效果:学生有话可写,能适当地运用定语从句来增添自己的文采。 3- 配套讲稿:
