Teaching content: Unit 3 Part B Read and Write
Teaching aims:1.能够正确听、说、认读单词和短语，如：holiday, game, roll, look for, chocolate, bunny, RSVP, by等；
2.能够听懂、读懂、内化Read and write的内容，并能写一篇自己的邀请函；
3.能够掌握良好的阅读策略，积极大胆地尝试写作，能够提高自主学习能力。
Key point:能够听懂、读懂并内化Read and write的内容，并掌握基本的阅读策略；能够在实际语境中学会运用将来时will的表达方式，以及一些重要的短语、句型，如： look for, will you come to…等。
Difficult point:能够提高阅读技巧，掌握基本阅读策略，并进行大胆思考和尝试英文写作。

Teaching procedures
Ⅰ. Warm up & Lead in
1. Months & holidays
复习、背诵月份单词。
复习节日的表达方法，讲一讲中西方有代表性的节日，此处可渗透 Easter。
2. Free talk

Ⅱ. Presentation
A. What will you do on your birthday?
1. T在PPT上逐个呈现生日时可能做的事情，并读一读：
I’ll play games.
I’ll sing and dance.
I’ll sing the birthday song.
I’ll eat noodles.
I’ll eat a birthday cake.
I’ll have a birthday party.
… …
2. say
请个别学生说一说，在你生日时，你会做什么？接着同桌互说。
B. Invitation
1. I’ll have a birthday party. I need an invitation.
引出邀请函包括的四个要素：when, why, where, what。
2. 出示一个虚拟的、教师自制的生日派对邀请函：
Birthday Party
WHEN: April 18th, 6:00p.m.
WHY: Birthday Party
WHERE: Miss Ye’s Home
WHAT: We will eat a birthday cake. We will play games. We will sing and dance together.
RSVP: Will you come to the party? Please send me an email at apple@ by March 13th.

请学生找一找、说一说四个要素。说一说，老师的生日派对上会做什么?
3.讲解RSVP：法语，表示“请回复”。
C. Read and write
1. Easter
引入复活节，出示图片：Easter eggs, Easter bunny, Easter party
2. When, why, where
学生初听文本，找出以上三个要素。
3. Read and find out.
学生自读，并补充完整五个句子：

补充过程中，用图片讲解roll, look for的含义。
补充完整后，朗读五个句子，掌握文本核心。
4. Read and repeat.
跟读录音，两遍。重点读文章最后一句。
5. Read freely.
学生自读。
6. Read and tick or cross.

再次检查学生对文本的掌握。
