关于公布小学英语四年级口语测试模拟卷、测试步骤及评分标准的通知

全县各小学：
根据教研室原定计划，于12月下旬举行小学英语四年级口语测试，具体时间另行通知，现将测试模拟卷、测试步骤及评分标准公布如下，请告知四年级英语教师，及早准备。

附件1 口语测试步骤及评分标准

师: Hello! Boy ( Girl). Good morning (afternoon) !
What’s your name?
Nice to meet you, Jack.
校对名字与学生本人是否相符。
Now, let’s begin. OK?
学生坐下。

学生对问题做出应答。

印象分，不计入总成绩。
总体了解学生对教师语言的反应，看学生是否能做出回应，消除学生的紧张感，并顺便校对名单。

第一题（共5分）
从几份测试卷中随机抽取一份，给学生。教师手指第一题，
师: Read the words.用升降调读一读下列单词吧。
学生用升降调朗读单词。
1）每词0.5分。读音正确得0.3分，语调自然得0.2分。
2）语音语调不够标准自然，每词扣0.1~0.5分。
3）不会朗读得0分。
第二题（共3分）
教师手指第二题，师: Read the dialogue.正确流利地朗读对话吧。
学生朗读对话。
1）文章朗读连贯，语音语调正确，没有错误，得3分；
2）基本连贯，语音语调基本正确，有少量错误，得1~2.9分；（读错一个单词扣0.1分，读错两个单词扣0.2分，依次类推，最多扣2分）
3）不连贯，语音语调不够正确，错误较多，得0.1~1分；
4）不读得0分。
第三题（共2分）
教师随机拿出一张彩色图片。
师: Look and say.看图片，回答问题。
师：Look at the picture. How many students do you see?
Who are they?（师手指人物，提示学生说名字）
师：He has short hair. He has a big green bag. What’s his name?
What about Ben(Ann/Kate)? He(She) is …. And?
此处要求学生说两个句子。
学生看图片。

学生说句子
生：Four./I see four.
生：James, Ben, Ann and Kate.

生：James./His name is James.
生：He is short and thin. He has glasses.
1）不需要提醒能正确回答问题，发音正确，语调规范及语感良好，基本无语法错误，得2分。（允许有一处不影响整体表达的小错误）
2）经提醒基本能正确回答问题，发音基本正确，语调基本规范，有两三处语法错误，得1~1.9分。（每处语音语调错误扣0.1分，每处语法错误扣0.1分）
3）经多次提醒（包括手指图片），只能说出少量词句，且语法错误较多，得分0.1~0.9分。
4）经提醒不能回答问题，不得分。
