Colours

I am Li Ming, a Grade 9 student. I like different kinds of colors

because they can change our moods and improve our lives.

Blue is a calm color and represents peace so it can bring peace to my

mind and body. When I feel angry, it can help me calm down. I always

prefer to use yellow stationery when I hope for success because yellow is

the color of wisdom. It also can create a warm and comfortable feeling.

It is helpful to me to wear energetic colors like green when I am weak and

tired. Green can give me energy, as it is the color of nature and represents

new life.

Colors are important in our lives and they can influence our moods.

Why not use colors to help us live better?

Watching TV is one of the people’s favorite activities. There are many TV

watching TV can make us feel relaxed when we are tired. we also
watch news on TV and learn more about up-to-date information. I like
The World of Animals best because it takes a close look at the animals.
After we watch it, we will realize how much dander they face. Also we can
see scenes from different parts of the world.
However, Watching too much TV is bad for our eyes. I think reading books
can make us think and be cleverer. If we spend too much time on TV, we
will not get good marks.
I think that TV itself is neither good nor bad. It’s more important for us

My favourite film star

Last Saturday, there was a murder in the factory near our school. It happened between 1a.m and 2a.m.
The victim was a 40-year-old artist. He was of medium height and could get along well with his neighbors. He also had a well-paid job. He was hit on the head by something heavy and bled to death.
So far, the suspect is a worker. A witness reported that he looked nervous and wanted to break into the factory after the murder. The police have confirmed that he was guilty of computer crimes in the past. They suppose that he might have something to do with this case. At the moment, they are working at the scene of the crime to find out the truth. The police have offered a reward of ￥10000 for any useful information and asked anyone who saw anything unusual to contact them.
