1、摘要摘要近年来我国啤酒行业正处于蓬勃发展的阶段,国内啤酒行业巨头青岛啤酒及 其整个供应链的优良业绩表现,带动了青啤经销商的快速发展,经销商的金融服 务需求特别是融资需求日益旺盛0而在传统授信模式下经销商由于信用低、担保 条件缺失,融资往往难以获得成功。这不仅阻碍了经销商自身以及整个青岛啤酒 供应链的发展壮大,同时也使得商业银行丧失了青岛啤酒供应链上的巨大融资服 务市场。基于此,本文以青岛啤酒东南地区为例,开展基于供应链金融的青啤经 销商融资研究。在对供应链金融的内涵和主要特征整理和归纳的基础上,本文开展了供应链 金融模式下的银企博弈分析,论证了供应链金融是解决中小企业融资难的有效途 径;分析了
2、啤酒行业和青岛啤酒供应链,探讨了青啤经销商(东南地区)的融资 需求以及在传统信贷模式下的融资约束,指出青啤经销商(东南地区)寻求供应 链金融模式突破自身资金瓶颈的必要性;从前提条件、动力驱使机制、风险降低 机制以及多方共赢的利益分配机制对青啤经销商(东南地区)供应链金融进行可 行性分析。本文分析了主要的三大供应链金融产品模式解决本文所研究问题的难点与 不适应性,并根据啤酒行业、青岛啤酒供应链以及经销商的实际情况而设计,形 成了包括授信产品模式、授信准入、额度分配在内的青啤经销商(东南地区)供 应链金融模式设计,对啤酒行业经销商融资问题进行了探索,打破了以往针对啤 酒经销商单独授信的传统模式,期
3、望能成功解决经销商融资困难的问题,并使得 参与各方可以实现互利共赢。同时,此模式可以推荐应用到青岛啤酒其他地区事 业部乃至整个青岛啤酒集团以解决其供应链下游经销商融资难问题。对于促进青 岛啤酒供应链繁荣发展、降低商业银行授信风险、推动我国供应链金融业务发展 具有积极的借鉴意义和示范价值。关键词:供应链金融;经销商融资;青岛啤酒(C)1994-2021 China Academic Journal Electronic!Publishing House.All rights reserved,http:/AbstractABSTRACTChinas beer industry is in a s

5、t to get financing under the traditional credit-granting model due to low credit and the guarantee conditions missing.The traditional credit-granting model hinders the further development of dealers and Tsingtao Brewery supply chain.It also places a huge obstacle for conunercial banks to acquire the
6、 financing business of Tsingtao Brewery.Using Tsingtao Brewery South-East business area as an example,this research analysis the Tsingtao Brewerys dealers financing problem based on Supply Chain Finance.Based on the organization and summarization of the connotation as well as major feathers of Suppl
7、y Chain Finance,this research conducts a banking enterprise game theory analysis under Supply Chain Finance,then fiirther demonstrates that Supply Chain Finance is an effective way to solve the financing programs of Small-Sized and Middle Enterprises(SME).It analysis the Beer Industry and Tsingtao B
8、rewery Supply Chain,explores the Tsingtao Brewery dealers(Soutii-East)financing needs and financing constraints under the traditional credit-granting model.Based on it,pointed out the necessity for Tsingtao Brewery dealers(South-East)to break the bottleneck of its capital.Last,conducted the Tsingtao
