approval一、总则Summary（一）概述GeneralKYN28C-12铠装式金属封闭开关设备（以下简称KYN28C-12开关柜）适用 于三相交流50Hz、3.612kV单母线及单母线分段电力系统，具有“五防”功能。开关柜的可移开部分可配置真空断路器和真空接触器等元器件。KYN28C-12 metal-clad enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3-phase AC 50Hz/3.6-12kV single bus bar and single bus bar section electric power system.,with the function of“five preventions,.The removing compartment of the switchgear may be assembled with vacuum circuit breaker and vacuum contactor etc.（二）标准和规范S tandards and specificationsKYN28C-12 开关柜满足 IEC298,GB3906,DL404 等标准。The switchgear complies with the standards of IEC298,GB3906,DL404 etc.开关柜外壳的防护等级为IP4X,当断路器室门打开、手车移开时，防护等 级为IP2X。Enclosure protection degree of switchgear is IP4X,protection degree is IP2X when the door of VCB room is open and the truck is be drew bar and branching bus bar.Installation the aerator is favor of rejection of heat.3.注意事项：Matters need attention：若开关柜运行地区的湿度较高，温度波动速度较快且幅度较大，开关柜在这 种气候环境下运行，就有凝露的危险，因此开关柜在备用和运行状态下，用户 应保证加热器全天侯投入！但在大电流运行中，可以不投入。If the humidity is higher on site,temperature fluctuations speed is rapidder and range is bigger,condensation phenomena will be appear for the switchgears running in this seperately.(二)耐内部故障电弧性能Performance bearing inside fault arcKYN28C-12开关柜在设计上已考虑到开关柜内部故障电弧的问题，根据 GB3906和IEC298进行了严格的试验，能有效地保证设备及操作人员的安全。KYN28C-12 has been considered with the problem of inside fault arc structure开关柜由固定的柜体和真空断路器手车组成，这是它的基本结构。开关柜及 安装的电气元件见图3/1。进线柜或出线柜是基本柜方案，并有派生方案，如母-12-线分段柜或计量柜等。此外，尚有配置固定式负荷开关、真空接触器手车、隔离 手车等方案。开关柜靠墙或面对面安装。结构细节和柜内安装设备，可见订货文 件。The basic structure of switchgear panel consist of the panel itself and the switching devices on truck,its the basic structure.The panel and main components are showed in figure 3/1.Incoming-line panel or outgoing-line panel are basic scheme of switchgear panel,and there are other derivative scheme,for example,contact panel or metering panel etc.In addition,There are also many other scheme of the switchgear panel with stationary type load switch VC truck、Disconnector truck etc.The panel has two maintenance modes.That is single-face maintenance and double-face maintenance.The detail of structure and main components,can reference order document.（二）外壳和隔板Enclosure and clapboard开关柜的外壳和隔板由优质钢板制成，具有很强的抗氧化、耐腐蚀功能，且 刚度和机械强度比普通低碳钢板高。三个高压室的顶部都装有压力释放板。出现 内部故障时，高压室内气压升高，由于柜门已可靠密封，高压气体将冲开压力释 放板释放出来。相邻的开关柜由各自的侧板隔开，拼柜后仍有空气缓冲层，可以 防止开关柜被故障电弧贯穿熔化。低压室D装配成独立隔室，与高压区域分隔 开。隔板将断路器室B和电缆室C隔开，即使断路器手车移开（此时活门会自 动关闭），也能防止操作者触及母线室A和电缆室C内的带电部分。卸下紧固螺 栓就可移开水平隔板，便于电缆密封终端的安装。The enclosure and clapboard of the switchgears are made up from high quality steel,have very strong function to resistant oxidation and corrosion,and its rigidity and mechanical robustness is higher than common low-carbon steel board.Have been installed pressure release plates on the top of three high-pressure chambers.When appear internal fault electric arc,air pressure heightens in high-pressure chamber,because that the doors of switchgear is already airtight coating,the pressure gas will-13-clash out the pressure release plate.Adjacent switchgears are isolated by its self side board,after putting the switchgears together,air buffer layer exist yet,it may prevent the switchgears from pronging and melted by electric arc.Low-voltage vault D is assembled isolatly,separated from high-pressure area.Clapboard seperate the VCB vault B from cable vault C,even if VCB truck is moved(here the valve is closed self-motion),can prevent the operator from touching the electrification parts of bus bar vault A and cable vault C.releasing the tighten bolt,the level clapboard is removed,convenient for installation of cable seal terminal.(三)开关柜内的小室Compartments in switchgear1.断路器室(见附图3/1,3/3,3/5,3/6)VCB vault(figure 3/1,3/3,3/5,3/6 showing)断路器手车装在有导轨的断路器室B内，可在运行、试验/隔离两个不同位 置之间移动。当手车从运行位置向试验/隔离位置移动时，活门会自动盖住静触 头，反向运行则打开。手车能在开关柜门关闭的情况下操作，通过门上的观察窗 可以看到手车的位置、手车上的ON(断路器合闸)/OFF(断路器分闸)按钮、合分闸状态指示器和储能/释放状况指示器。VCB truck is installed in VCB vault B with track,may move in the middle of the position to service and test/disconnected.While the truck move from service position to test/disconnected position,the valve can cover un-move contact in self-motion,open when moving reverse.The truck can be operated when the truck vault door is closed,while you can watch the position of the truck,on(VCB tripping)/off(VCB closing)push knob in the truck,close and open indicator and charging/releasing indicator by inspection window.-14-2.断路器手车VCB truck手车可采用手动进行移动。框架由合金钢板拼装而成，上面装断路器和其他 设备。具有弹簧触头系统的触臂装在断路器的极柱上，当手车插入到运行位置时 起电气联接作用。手车于开关柜之间的信号、保护和控制线，用一个控制线插头 联接。手车刚插入开关柜就固定在试验/隔离位置，同时也可靠地联接到开关柜 的接地系统。手车的所在位置，能通过观察窗或装在低压室面板上的手车电气位 置指示器看到。除真空断路器外，手车可配真空接触器、隔离装置和计量设备等。The truck can be moved by manual.The structure of the truck is made of the steel,the VCB and other equipments are installed on it.The arm of spring bush is installed on the pillar of the VCB，When the truck is pushed on the service position,it has the effect of electrical interlocking.The signal、protection s control line between the truck and the switchgear is connection with the pin of control line.The truck is fixed on the test position as soon as it is pushed into the switchgear,and be connection to the earth system of the switchgear.The position of truck can be seen through the inspection window or by the indicator installed on the panel of low-voltage vault.Besides the VCB,the Truck can be equipped the vacuum contactor、isolated device and the measuring equipment.3.母线室Bus bar compartment母线从一个开关柜引至另一个开关柜，通过分支母线和套管固定。矩形的分 支母线直接用螺栓联接到主母线上，不需任何联接夹。所有母线和分支母线都用 热缩套管覆盖。套管板和套管将柜与柜之间的母线隔离起来，并有支撑作用。对 电动应力大的开关柜，一般需要这种支持。The bus bar from one switchgear to the other switchgear is fixed with the bushing-15-and the ramus bus.The rectangular ramus bus is connected with the main bus with the bolt,it neednt any clip.All bus and the ramus bus are covered with pyrocondensation bushing.The panel of bushing and the bushing isolate the bus bar between the switchgears.And it has the supporting effect.For the switchgear with large electromotion stress,this support is needed normally.4.电缆室(图3/1)Cable compartment(figure 3/1)电流互感器和接地开关装在电缆室后部。电缆室也可安装避雷器。当电缆室 门打开后，有足够的空间供施工人员进入柜内安装电缆(最多可并接6根)。盖 在电缆入口处的底板可采用非导磁的不锈钢板，是开缝的，可拆卸的，便于现场 施工。底板中穿越一、二次电缆的变径密封圈开孔应与所装电缆相适应，以防小 动物进入。对于湿度较大的电缆沟，建议用防火泥、环氧树脂将开关柜进行密封。CT and earth switch are installed on the back of the Cable Compartment.The S urge arrester is also installed on the Cable Compartment.When the door of the cable compartment opened,there is enough room for the worker to install the cables(the most is 6).The bottom panel that lie on the incoming of cable is made of the stainless steel panel,It is uncork,disassembly so that working on the local.The hole on the bottom panel where is together primary and secondary cable make sure suited to the installed cable,preventing the small animal being into it.For the cable trench in humidity,It is suggested that the switchgear is airproofed with fireproofing mud and epoxide resin.5.低压室(图3/1、3/2)Low-voltage compartment(figure 3/1、3/2)开关柜的二次元件装在低压室内及门上。控制线线槽空间宽裕，并有盖板，左侧线槽用来引入和引出柜间连线，右侧线槽用来敷设开关柜内部连线。低压室
