contracts1.1选词方面多用正式或法律上用词，与口头表述不同，协议是法律性正式书面文件，使用正式、法律用词是必要。协议起草者应多加强这方面学习。比如：第3页第3页1.1选词方面1）At the request of Party B,Party A agrees to send technicians to assist Party B to install the shipment分批装运是国际贸易术语，不能称为分批装船或其它，由于装运方式能够是航空（空运）。所谓分批装运，是指一笔成交货品，分若干批装运。国际贸易协议或信用证往往有一项清楚条款明确要求分批装运是否被允许，假如违反该条款，能够造成买方不付货款或者不完全付清货款。第26页第26页4.Special terms4.2 transshipment转船装运指货品由运送协议中要求船只在到达目的地之前转到另一艘船只。无合法理由转船是一个违约行为，并且一旦货品丢失，应由承运人负责。Transshipment is the shipment of goods to an intermediate destination,and then from there to yet another destination.One possible reason is to change the means of transport during the journey(for example from ship transport to road transport),known as intermodal freight transport.Transshipment usually takes place in
