role in Chinese social development.Some Idiom and Proverb reflect the wisdom of ancient people,like Diligence redeems stupidity,and some popular words recently，like so big is the world that I cant Chinese culture,we should try our best to protect them from being lose.And do you have any good ideas for this?张家强：政府应作一个好的领导者，政府应当制定一些相应的法律法规来保护和促进中国语言文化的发展，让我们的保护语言文化的行动有一个好的方向和准则。张家强：In the protection of Chinese traditional culture，the government should be a good leader and commander.Some law should be made to protect and help the development of Chinese language culture.Only with the guide of the government can we make a contribution to the language culture.王凡：成立全国性保护濒危语言机构，如成立濒危语言委员会或者濒危语言研究小组等，以争取国家投入一部分资金和人力，开展濒危语言资料的保存和抢救工作。王凡:In my opinion,some special organization should be established,Such as the endangered language committee or the endangered language research group,etc.And these organization should be given some financial and manpower to start the work on the preservation and rescue of endangered languages.These teams should spare no effort to collect and count up the endangered language,find the losing information as much as putonghua.The administration is so strict.高浩：What about you,Mr.zhang?张家强：I agree with xubing.In my opinion,Dialects is a unique local languages and some are completely different from the standard putonghua.They can help us to know more about the local culture and the humans mind.China has the large place and long history,different place has different culture,only local language can tell us more clear.People will die,but language still will be spoke one by one,day by day!高浩:Mr.wang,they all do not agree with you,do you still insist you opinion?王凡:Of course.Standard putonghua can help people communicate well,no matter where you are and what you say.If everyone say their own hometown language,there must be come up many kinds of social problems,such as communicateion problems,business problems and on.Thus,our government should promote the use of standard putonghua.I am not mean that the mess media should use putonghua is a move to oppress dialects.We can still speak dialect with our parents,our hometown people.许彬：Authorities should give better protection to dialects in a bid to protect local culture.So in some special program,dialects should be used,and local tv stations have the right to make programs to celebrate their local culture by using their dialect.张家强：Doing like this will not harm Chinese culture and may protect our culture well.Our local language is our mother tongue,we should try our best to protect it,so do the government.高浩：Finally,different people have different opinions.In my opinion,Putonghua is very important,dialects has the same place as it.In some official place,conference or tv news,we should use putonghua so that all around the country can understand.But in some local films or local tv stations,dialects should be 年，中国新闻出版总署（GAPP）下发了一个文件，要求进一步规范语言的使用。该文件禁止报纸、出版商、和网站草率使用外文缩写和中英文的混合使用。大家对此有什么看法呢？张家强：As we know,in 2011,The General Administration of Press and Publication of China(GAPP),has issued a document,which demands further standardization of language usage.The document bans newspapers,publishers and website-owners from sloppily using foreign abbreviations and acronyms,as well as the mix of English and Chinese.What do you think about this?高浩：我认为中国新闻出版总署的这项规章是合理的。因为一个民族如果不知道怎样去保护自己的文化好语言，这个民族将是可悲的。现在中文中夹杂着越来越多的英文，是时候来净化我们的语言了。高浩：I think this standardization order is reasonable.Because its deplorable if a civilization does not know how to protect its culture and language.There is a growing number of English in Chinese now,Its time to purify our language.许斌：我同意高浩的看法。近几年来，越来越多的英文和新发明的“既非英文又非中文”的词汇开始渗透到汉语中，给汉语带来了及其糟糕的体验。许斌:I agree with GaoHao.In recent years,more and more English and newly invented non-Chinese and non-foreign words have penetrated the Chinese language system，it brought bad experience for people to use Chinese.王凡：中国的经济虽然发展迅速，但是文化却发展缓慢，中国缺少一个强大的文化体系来抵御西方语言的大量入侵。这项规定将有助于保护中国文化。王凡：Chinas economy is developing rapidly,but the culture is developing slowly,China lacks a strong cultural system to resist the invasion of western languages.This provision will help protect the Chinese culture.张家强：我认为这项规定也有它不合理的一面。它有可能给人们带来不便。比如说，现在人物已经习惯了一些英文缩写，如“CCTV”，“GDP”，“CPI”。如果突然之间改为中文全称，我们就必须说很长的中文词。大家觉得呢？张家强：I think this rule can be un reasonable in some aspects.It can bring inconvenience to us.For example,we have been accustomed to some English acronyms,such as CCTV,GDP,CPI,if these words are read in Chinese,we have to say several long words.What do you think about this?高浩：是的，这项规定也有它的缺点。在这个国际交流日益密切的时代，语言交织变得非常常见。人们已经习惯使用一些英文缩写，改变人们已有的习惯是很难的。高浩：yes,this rule has its drawbacks.In an era of increasingly closer international exchanges,language interweaving is becoming very common.People have been used to using some English abbreviations,it is very difficult to change peoples habits.许斌：有些词汇，虽然它们来自于英文，但是它们已经深深的植根于国人心中，人们已经不把他们当作外来词汇了。许斌:Actually,some words,although they are originally from English,have already become deeply rooted in China and people no longer see them as foreign.王凡：客观的说，在全球化的背景下，中文对外来词汇的吸收和使用已不可避免。这项规定可能会压抑中文的生命力。王凡：Objectively speaking,against the background of globalization,its already unavoidable that Chinese absorb and use foreign words。The vitality of the language may be suppressed by this rule,but it still needs to be improved.Do you have any suggestions for improvement?王凡：关于英语缩写，我认为政府部门可以征集民间意见，收集那些已经被广泛使用的词汇，在发布规定时，指明这些英文缩写可以被使用。关于报纸，出版物中的中文拼写错误，语法错误，需要被严格纠正。王凡:I have some suggestions for the use of English abbreviations.I think the government should solicit opinions from the community.and collect the English abbreviations that have been widely used.When releasing the rules,the government should specify that these English abbreviations can be used.And the Chinese spelling mistakes,grammatical errors on the newspaper and publication need to be strictly corrected.张家强：国家应该注重语言文化的建设，媒体应该注重中文的精确和质量。中国需要加强中国文化在国际上的影响力，提升国民的民族自豪感，让国民以说中文为荣。张家强：The government should pay attention to the construction of language and culture,the media should try hard to improve the accuracy and quality of Chinese.China needs to increase the influence of Chinese culture in the world,Strengthen national confidence in the process of language improvement，make people proud of speaking Chinese。
