Being unhappy is like an infectious disease. It causes people to shrink away from the sufferer. He soon finds himself alone and miserable. There is, however, a cure so simple as to seem, at first glance, ridiculous: if you don’t feel happy, pretend to be!

The Possibility of Using the Mobile Phone to Study English
Wherever you are, you can see many people equipped with mobile phones. Mobile phones have become a daily necessity as well as a useful tool for communicating, working and learning. As far as I am concerned, we can use mobile phones to study English or any other subject.
It is not difficult for me to come up with some factors to account for my viewpoint. To begin with, more and more people are accustomed to using the handset to access the internet. The bulks of information are resourceful for people to learn English or any information. Secondly, with the advancement of technology, people can download some soft wares, like online-dictionary, words-memorization, audio and video soft wares, which can facilitate learning English more efficiently and effectively. They are able to look for some new words or read some English passages. Additionally, mobile phones are portable, we can make use of the fragmented time for learning.
In my view, mobile phones, rather than being just simple communicative tools, enable people to easily get access to any information they need. It is mobile phone that makes instant learning, effective acquisition of knowledge possible.

In many ways the Internet has had a very positive effect on society. It has improved communication, simplified handling tasks, offered a huge convenience, enabled faster processing, and provided more options, all of which frees more time to do other things. Yet, interestingly enough, the Internet has in some ways had negative effects. The quality of communication has declined and people are impatient because they have become accustomed to instant satisfaction, and using the Internet also takes up a lot of time.

My Favorite way of Keeping Fit
Nowadays, there are many books about keeping fit, which usually makes us puzzled. Even worse，we don’t recognize which methods are better for us. In my opinion, different people should choose different ways of keeping fits，according to their own conditions. My favorite way of keeping fit is to do physical exercise, such as playing tennis，swimming, jogging etc.
First of all, and the most important, doing physical exercise usually makes me feel very energetic. So I can finish my work quite satisfactorily. Besides，unlike taking medicine or dieting，keeping fit through doing physical exercise has no side effects.
However, some of girls diet to keep fit. They try to eat very little or do not eat a lot of things. This makes them feel very dizzy. They become very weak. Some of girls who take medicine to keep fit. This makes them feel sick sometimes. I think it，s too harmful to our body.
Therefore, my favorite way of keeping fit is to do physical exercise regularly. And I advise most of people to do more exercise which is beneficial to body building, as well as enriches our lives.

Over the years, we tend to think that nuclear technologies and the necessary know-how to ensure nuclear safety have been developed to a level that possibilities for any major nuclear accidents are almost non-existent and if it does happen, it will be controlled in the capable hands of nuclear engineers. How to Handle Stress
Nowadays, more and more people are enduring stresses from life, work and other terms. On the job, some people are eager to eavesdrop on colleagues’ conversation and want to know who will get the next big promotion. Sometimes, people are stressed with the burdens from other colleagues. Furthermore, people are constantly overwhelmed by the enormous amount of urgent tasks required to be done. In life, people most earn money as possible to meet the rising price of house. And people should buy cars in order not to be looked down on. People are confronted with many stresses caused by different things，but there are some methods releasing themselves from stress.
Firstly, when you feel stressed, practice taking long and deep breaths. You should take regular breaks from your work. Don’t focus on others promotion; just be concerned about your own job. If you do well, your boss will see what you have done. You should arrange your work in advance avoid of tackling the job in a hasty and disorderly manner. Secondly, sometimes you should learn to use humor to lighten difficult situations，seek to find the positive in every situation, and view adversity as an opportunity for learning and growth. Even if you can’t afford the house, you have a happy family, and you are all healthy, which is the best thing. Even if you can’t afford the car, you ride your bike to work, which is good for your body.
In conclusion, you should learn how to control life, instead of letting stress control you. Every person should face all kinds of stress from many aspects in his or her life. More importantly，you should have positive attitude toward your work and life and look at things dialectically. When you are bothered by stress, find effective ways to release yourself. A contented mind is the greatest blessing a man can enjoy in this world.

An ecosystem is a group of animal and plants living in a specific region and interacting with one another and with their physical environment. Ecosystems include physical and chemical components, such as soils, water, and nutrients that support the organisms living there. These organisms may range from large animals to microscopic bacteria. Ecosystems also can be thought of as the interactions among all organisms in a given area； for instance, one species may serve as food for another. People are part of the ecosystems where they live and work. The Key to Success
After reading the short paragraph above，no one can be hardly encouraged profoundly. The real story tells us the hard process of how the well-known writing French Revolution History was completed by historian Claire. When the great historian was faced with the fact that the script was ruined and no any copies were retained, instead of complaining, he soon calmed down and started re-writing the composition with strong self-confidence and will, and at last finished his great writing.
What’s the key to success? The instructive story shows us that strong self-confidence and will can play a significant role in the process of seeking success. It is difficult to imagine that the author would persist in writing his composition after suffering from such a heavy strike if without them. The course of creation of the composition reminds me of one of my experiences.
Once I was eager to participate in an English speech contest. Although my oral English was very fluent in daily life, I was too nervous to speak quite well in public. However, I didn’t give up my dream, and eventually overcome the fear of public speaking with strong self-confidence and will.
Undoubtedly, there are many thorns on the way to success. But just like a beacon, strong self-confidence and will can help us conquer all difficulties and finally find out the way to success.

Third-hand smoke is tobacco smoke contamination that lingers in carpets, clothes and other materials hours or even days after a cigarette is put out.
