2、ns, Party A and Party B entrust Party C to act as their agent for the sales betweParty B and facilitathe e conclusion of Beijing Municipality Brokerage Contract of Real Property Purchase between Party A and Party B in principle of voluntary, fairness and consensus. Through friendly negotiation, Part
3、y A, Party B and Party C hereby reached an agreement on completion of entrusted other service matters and concluded this contract. 1. Article 1 Property Location 1. The on-sale property of Party A is located at Rm.1908, 2nd Building, Furunyuan, Yihai Garden, Fengtai District, Beijing City, the const
4、ruction a 104.7 rea is square meters. Remark: Property details please refer to Beijing municipality housing sale contract signed by Party A and Party B. 2. Housing property status: stock house secondary housing transfer stock house 2. Article 2 Confirmation of Party B Party B is willing to purchase
5、above mentioned property of Article 1 , fulfil the obili contract and undertake the legal responsibility for breach obiligations of this contrac 3. Article 3 Entrusted matter and term of entrust Both parties agree to jointly appoint Party C as the housing transactions intermediary the warrants trans
6、fer agent, term of entrust starts from conclusion date of this contrac gained new house property certificate and Party A got full payment of the property. 4. Article 4 Housing sales price 1. Party A and Party B agree that the sales price of the property be RMB (Amount in words HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAN
7、D YUAN ONLY ( RMB120,000.00), The price includes expenses of other affiliated facilities and equipments and decoration costs, not includes various taxes and fees when handle property ownership transfer registration procedures. 2. Party A and Party B shall handle property ownership transfer registrat
8、ion procedures ac actual transaction price, and pay taxes in accordance with regulations of the state and Beijing municipality ( Taxes can be paid according to the agreement that otherwise agreed by bot 5. Article 5 Agreement made by Party A, Party B and Party C on payment terms of sales or contract

Party B make payment procedures according to the first form which listed below: (1) Self delivery, both parties of the seller and buyer fulfil the signed self-transfer statement on settlement funds of the stock house transaction. (2) By transfer through the special savings account on settlement
10、funds of the stock houseboth parties of the seller and buyer fulfil the signed transfer agreement on settlemen stock house transaction. 2. Party B shall make the payment in accordance with _the second form_ as follows: (1) Full payment in one time (2) Bank loans (business loan and public accumulatio
