河边中学2014年下期八年级上学期语文备课组工作总结
我们河边中学八年级语文备课组本着“自主、互动、探究”的理念，通过大家努力完成了本学期的教学工作，现总结如下：
一、本学期工作情况
1、搞好集体教研活动。目的只有一个，那就是使本单元的教学更完整、方法更适应学生，重点、难点更突出。
2、备课，根据备课组的教学计划，确保在每周星期一下午的一次集体备课组活动中，做到主题明确，切实抓好集体备课，做到“三备”，即备课标，备教材，备学生，全组教师充分探讨的基础上，形成共享教案。同时，作为组中唯一的青年教师，我也充分发挥了自身在计算机信息技术方面的优势，制作了一些课件与组内老师共享。
3、认真备课、上课，努力提高45分钟的课堂效益。我们备课组经常进行互相听课、评课活动，老师们开诚布公的说出自己的建议，有助于上课老师的素质提高。尤其是在开校公开课前，组内老师互相听课，还提出自己的宝贵意见，提供资料，想方设法让组内的老师上好课。
4、认真分析教学质量，提出针对性的措施。抓优补缺，帮助有困难的学生补差补缺。
5、有序地开展教研活动，做好教研课的评比工作。
二、存在的问题及改正措施：
1、教师的教育教学能力和创新能力还有待于提高。公开课参与意识不强。
2、教师的学习意识和反思能力还有很多不足，如何在工作中不断提高教学的水平，实现自身的岗位价值，仍旧需要努力。
3、每周的集体备课未能充分发挥集体的智慧，大多是流于形式。
4、对于学生这一方块，优等和有潜力的学生，他们的语文综合素养仍旧有待提高，读写的能力还要在进一步挖掘培养，特别是写作能力要加强训练。另外，后进生的问题一直是困绕我们的难点问题，他们的成绩仍旧不尽人意。
通过一学期的工作，我们不断认识到，只有诚心诚意地合作，才能创造出优良的成绩。今后，我们还会继续努力，扬长避短，把各项工作做得更好，全面提升学生的语文素养而继续能力。
