2、动、合作宣传等。2.2 乙方应当在代理过程中维护甲方利益,不得以任何方式损害甲方的品牌形象。第三条 代理权利和义务3.1 甲方有权对乙方的代理行为进行监督和管理,乙方应积极配合并提供相关资料。3.2 乙方应保守甲方的商业机密和品牌信息,不得泄露给第三方。3.3 双方应遵守合作期限内的相关约定,如有终止合同的情况,应提前书面通知对方。第四条 保密条款4.1 双方在履行本合同过程中可能获取到对方的商业机密,应妥善保管,不得泄露给任何第三方。4.2 本合同解除或终止后,双方仍应继续履行保密义务。第五条 合同期限5.1 本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效,有效期为(具体期限)。5.2 合同期满后,有需继续

6、planning.1.2 Party B shall perform the agency work effectively and faithfully in accordance with Party As requirements and instructions, protecting and enhancing Party As corporate brand image and reputation.Article 2 Agency Method2.1 Party B may use various channels and methods for brand promotion,
7、 including online and offline advertising, promotional activities, and cooperative publicity.2.2 Party B shall maintain Party As interests during the agency process and shall not harm Party As brand image in any way.Article 3 Rights and Obligations of the Agency3.1 Party A has the right to supervise
8、 and manage Party Bs agency activities, and Party B shall actively cooperate and provide relevant information.3.2 Party B shall keep Party As business secrets and brand information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party.3.3 The parties shall abide by the relevant agreements during

In the event of contract termination, they shall notify the other party in writing in advance.Article 4 Confidentiality Clause4.1 In the performance of this contract, the parties may obtain each others business secrets and shall keep them confidential and not disclose them t
10、o any third party.4.2 After the termination of this contract, the parties shall continue to fulfill the confidentiality obligations.Article 5 Contract Term5.1 This contract shall take effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties and shall be valid for (specific period).5.2 After the ex
