2.3 Party B shall provide invoices in accordance with the agreed time and method, and Party A shall settle the fees promptly.
3. Confidentiality Obligations:
3.1 Party B shall keep confidential the personal information of Party A and tourists, as well as the itinerary arrangements, and shall not disclose them to third parties.
3.2 Information on the services provided by Party B, fees, etc., shall also fall within the scope of confidentiality for Party A and tourists.
4. Breach of Contract Responsibilities:
4.1 If Party B fails to provide guide services as agreed in the contract due to reasons, Party B shall bear breach of contract responsibilities and compensate Party A for any resulting losses.
4.2 If Party A fails to pay the guide service fees on time or violates other terms of the contract, Party A shall also bear breach of contract responsibilities.
5. Contract Termination:
5.1 If both parties are unable to continue performing the contract due to irresistible factors or other reasons, the contract may be resolved through negotiation.
5.2 Both parties shall terminate the contract in writing and address any unfinished itineraries and fee settlements following the termination of the contract.

4.2 Both parties shall jointly maintain the commercial confidentiality of the contract contents and shall not disclose them to third parties without permission.
5. Breach of Contract Responsibilities:
5.1 If Party B fails to provide part-time guide services on time or the service quality does not meet the requirements, Party B shall bear corresponding responsibilities and compensate Party A for any losses.
5.2 If Party A fails to pay the remuneration as agreed or violates other terms of the contract, Party A shall also bear breach of contract responsibilities.
