13、lapup meter design project: DSP+ management MCU, include DSP and MCU。 The working theory is as follow: the 16 bits A/D converter and DSP sample the current and voltage and making relative calculation。 The DSP finish the parameter measurement, energy consumption, and harmonicanalysis, harmonic energy
