教育部正式印发了《中等职业学校教师专业标准》，是教育部印发的第四个教师专业标准,是我国教师专业化建设的又一重要成果,也是推进我国职业教育教师队伍建设的重要举措。学习《专业标准》后的几点心得体会。
一、内容的总体认识
《专业标准》定位为国家对合格中等职业学校教师专业的基本要求，中等职业学校教师开展教育教学活动的基本规范，引领中等职业学校教师专业发展的基本准则,中等职业学校教师培养、准入、培训、考核等工作的基本依据;由“基本理念、基本内容、实施要求”三大部分组成,在内容和结构上突出体现中等职业学校教师“双师型"特色.“基本理念":“师德为先"要求教师热爱职业教育事业，践行社会主义核心价值体系，做学生职业生涯发展的指导者和健康成长的引路人；“学生为本”要求教师践行人人皆可成才的职业教育观，为每一个学生提供适合的教育;着重体现中等职业学校教师工作特点.“专业理念与师德”要求教师应具备的职业道德和个人修养；“专业知识”要求教师必须掌握的教育教学知识和职业背景知识;“专业能力”要求教师应具备的教育教学和职业指导能力.
二、内容的突出特点
体现我国职业教育改革发展的最新要求,将党的十八大精神和发展现代职业教育的最新要求写入《专业标准》。要求教师将社会主义核心价值体系融入教育教学全过程,把立德树人作为职业教育的根本任务，树立人人皆可成才的职业教育观，践行职业教育面向人人的理念。可以讲《专业标准》很好地契合了现代职业教育在培养专业能力的同时促进人的全面发展的根本目的，充分障现了以人为本的时代特征。
突出“双师型”素质要求。针对职业学校教师“双师型"素质评定缺乏标准的问题，充分体现职业教育教师与普通教育教师的区别,突出职业教育教师专业理论与职业实践相结合、职业教育理论与职业教育实践相结合的特征，《专业标准》要求职业教育教师既具备普通教育教师的职业素质，又要具备相应行业人员的职业素质，能够实施理论教学与技能训练,指导学生实习实训，身体力行“做中教,做中学”。
三、引领中职教师专业发展
专业理念与师德包括职业理解与认识、对学生的态度与行为、教育教学态度与行为、个人修养与行为四个领域。理念与师德是教师最基本、最重要的要求,很大程度上影响着教师如何理解职业和职业教育工作，如何对待中职学校学生,以及如何在职业和教育领域获得成长和发展。
专业知识包括教育知识、职业背景知识、课程教学知识、通识知识四个领。我们可以认为,职业教育对于教师所应具备的知识是全面的、多样的，更是与职业和实践密切相关的。《专业标准》要求中职学校专业课教师和实习指导教师要具有企事业单位工作经历或实践经验并达到一定的职业技能水平；参与职业实践活动，了解产业发展、行业需求和职业岗位变化,不断跟进技术进步和工艺更新；为企业提供技术扶持、员工培训、业务咨询等社会服务;通过参加专业培训和企业实践等多种途径,不断提高自身专业素质。
理论与实践相结合是职业教育的生命力所在.《专业标准》要求教师要运用讲练结合、工学结合等多种理论与实践相结合的方式方法，有效实施教学；掌握组织学生进行校内外实训实习的方法，安排好实训实习计划,保证实训实习效果。职业教育的教学和育人万万不能脱离实践，只有把专业理论与职业实践相结合、职业教育理论与职业教育实践相结合，职业教育的特色才能得与充分体现,职业教育才具有真正的灵魂。

示范校建设心得体会
国家示范校建设是国家新时期新阶段职业教育的改革工程和质量工程，也是我国职业教育从规模发展走向内涵建设的一个重要标志.我校国家示范校建设自2011年开始，到2013年教育部、财政部验收成绩,历时整整三年.在这三年期间，全校教职工同心协力、努力拼搏,圆满完成各项建设任务，建出了成绩、建出了特色、建出了水平。这是学校建设发展史上新的里程碑，是全院教职员工的无尚光荣！ 近年来，党中央、国务院高度重视职业教育发展。职业教育规模的进一步扩大，使得服务经济社会的能力有了较大的提高，对完善我国教育机构,实现职业教育大众化发挥了积极作用。但是,目前我国职业教育院校办学条件相对较差，“双师型”专业教师数量不足，质量保障体系不够完善，办学机制改革有待突破等，严重制约了职业教育的健康发展。因此,职业教育必须主动适应社会需求，我校为在全国职业院校中树立改革示范，在2011年，实施了国家示范校职业院校建设计划。
经过全校上下三年来的共同努力,圆满完成了各项建设任务，取得了丰硕成果和显著成绩，收到了验收专家组的高度评价，在最终验收中取得了优异的成绩。这些成绩的取得再次证明，学校全体教职员工不愧为一个特别能吃苦、特别能创新、特别能奉献的团结战斗的集体。示范校建设的成功,展示了学校扎实的办学实力和良好的工作作风，展现了全校教职员工奋发有为的精神风貌。达到了办学条件好、
产学结合紧密、人才培养质量高的要求.同时，培养和引进高素质“双师型"专业带头人和骨干教师，聘请企业行业技术骨干，专兼结合的专业教师队伍建设取得明显成效.
我认为，职业教育的任务就是为社会培养实用型、技能型人才,这不同于其他高等院校。因此,实验、实习课时职业教育的一个重要环节.由于市场需求人才越来越体现高层次，所以学校不断的更新设备，改善办学条件，以最新的硬件设备服务于教学。还加强专业建设,提高教师队伍的整体素质。另外,专门打造了职业教育专业的竞赛平台，让学生专门准备竞赛、参加竞赛。竞赛成绩直接作为学生成绩的评定.我觉得,学校如同一架加工机器,学生是生产原料，毕业生是完成品，两者之间形成一个相互促进，相互制约的关系。只有在职业教育迅速发展的今天,谁的教育理念超前，谁的教学规模扩大,谁具有精品专业，才能在指教领域中立于不败之地。

关于对照《中职教师专业标准》自查的个人总结
在开学伊始，学校领导结合“深入学习和实践党的基本路线"活动，开展“中职教师专业标准"学习和自评活动，要求各位教师针对自身工作各个方面，对照中职教师专业标准，深入开展自评自查，查缺补漏,补齐短板，提高自身的素质和业务水平。我经过学习和自评
自查，现对自身自评自查予以总结。
首先,想一想自己对学生的关爱有多深，对照自己,是否合乎师德要求。 对于学生的关爱，通过自查自省,本人认识到在教学过程中，情感性的工作虽然有，但没有做细致，没有调动学生对学习重视和热情,如果能学生建立关爱的感情纽带，工作起来事倍功半。本人将对此认真整改，在教学中多沟通交流，留意做好和学生的情感纽带工作。
其次，想一想自己对本职工作有多爱,对照自己,是否做到爱岗敬业.
对于爱岗敬业,本人还需要保持积极的工作心态，学生工作十分繁琐而反复,有时候甚至会感到压力.教师的情绪倾向对学生有很大的影响,为了更好做好本职工作,本人应该时时刻刻注意修养心态,砥砺自身,剔除懈怠，保持积极、耐心的心态，真正做到爱岗敬业。
再次，想一想自己的业务水平有多高，对照自己，是否符合学校和家长的要求和期望.
通过比照,本人发现自己对于学生学习规律总结意识还要加强。本人认识到，教学工作不仅是将各项教学目标落实，还需要在工作中多一双眼睛,观察思考，善于总结和梳理，摸清规律，根据所教班级存在的问题进行调整，才能达到好的教学效果，又提高自身的业务水平。
以往本人习惯对学生使用统一的尺度进行衡量，并以统一的标准评价学生，这样很容易区别出了“优”、“差”生，这样也许片面地体现了公平性,但是却忽略了对后进生的协调。全班每个学生没有可能达到统一的要求水平,在这方面我应该改变以往陈旧的观念，对后进生和特殊情况的学生，特殊性工作过细做,个别性工作单独做，改变一刀切的僵化要求，争取集体进步，这样才符合家长和学校的期望.
最后,想一想自己对学校的贡献有多大，对照自己,学校的发展中应该做些什么。
本人在本职工作上稍嫌死板，工作上有明确规定习惯按照规定办，一旦遇到没有明确规定的就消极对待。通过自省,应该摒弃只按规定按要求工作、只求无过的固化习惯,在工作中除了按要求完成工作，更要以学生和学校集体利益为出发点，积极用心思考,用心规划,用心落实,尽我所能,才能正确发挥教师的作用，为学校发展贡献自己一点小小力量。
