第二讲 人物事件类

人物事件类话题作文包括人物简介、人物故事、校园故事等，属于说明文、记叙文或者夹叙夹议文的写作范畴。综观近几年各地区的高考试题，有关“人物事件”的作文屡见不鲜，近三年的高考试卷中均有涉及。此类话题作文一般给出一定的要点、提纲或者图画，让考生介绍某个人物或者描述整个事件发生的过程。 写人物事件类作文时要注意围绕人物或者该事件组织材料。所写短文中应包括人物(who)、时间(when)、地点(where)、主要事件(what)等内容。写作时，应先仔细审题，确定主题，然后组织好所提示内容表达的先后顺序。

He also said I set a good example to all of my classmates and that I memorized all the words of Unit 3 even though I was not good at English. He also added that everyone should learn from me. Hearing what the head teacher said, I was more than glad and my heart beat wildly.
At the same time, I made up my mind to study harder rather than waste precious time on those useless things, such as playing video games and chatting online.
From my own experience, I learn that several words of praise can make a great difference to someone.
第三讲 观点介绍类

“观点介绍”属于议论文或应用文类写作，要求考生针对某个问题、某件事或某种现象等进行分析、评论，表明自己的观点、立场、态度、看法和主张等。在普通高中《英语课程标准》中的24话题项目表中，“周围的环境、学校生活、兴趣与爱好、个人情感、人际关系、计划与愿望、语言学习、世界与环境、热点话题、文学与艺术”等话题的写作都会涉及“观点介绍”。

Once we were discussing where to go for an outing. Most of my classmates wanted to go to a park while I had an idea of going to a nicer place. 近年来，高考命题的角度从考生生活的环境、各种课外活动逐渐深入到考生的思想。这类话题一般是借助一句英文格言、警句，或一幅漫画、一件事例，引导学生感悟人生，树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。

This is a well-known story from an ancient Chinese idiom. The boy, being poor, couldn't afford even a candle, so he bored a hole in the wall to“steal”light from his neighbor's house to read at night. The moral of the story is: spare no effort to acquire knowledge and never get discouraged easily no matter how difficult the situation may be.
Of course, things are totally different today. It is not the story itself but what is reflected in the story that counts. Hard work pays off. We should take pains to improve ourselves through learning and get prepared for the future.

第五讲 申请求职类

这类文章一般是要求就某事、某职位写一封申请信，或求职信，属于应用文文体写作。由于此类文章常有较多的文字提示，写作时除应注意格式上的要求外，也应注意审题全面，不能遗漏要点，并要注意人称和时态的变化，避免出现逻辑混乱。

第六讲 社会现象类

在不断进行的课程改革中，高考英语作文体现了关注生活、关注社会的大趋势，涉及社会现象、反映一定社会问题的作文题，经常出现在高考中。社会现象类作文常通过图画(表)的形式或者议论文等体裁形式进行命题，考生应仔细研读提示信息或图画，明确围绕什么社会问题或现象展开评论，切忌离题。应围绕主题，根据要求或提示信息合理安排篇章段落及内容比例。
(2015•江苏高考)请阅读下面文字及图表，并按照要求用英语写一篇150词左右的文章。
1．The other day, a netizen (网民) shared a photo on Sina Weibo. It was about an old lady standing in front of a car that was on a bicycle lane, and insisting that it leave the track.
