形象店运营与管理规范

形象店是公司树立企业形象、创造品牌利益的有力场所，是直接的利润和信息的来源，是与消费者沟通的平台。统一的店面形象、统一的内部风格、统一的规范服务，不仅能实现产品销售的功能，传达产品品牌内涵，更能彰显企业雄厚实力、增强消费者对企业与产品品牌的信心与归属感，更重要的是也能为广大津城同源堂的事业合作伙伴创造出最大化的利益收入。
Operation and management regulations of Image store

Image store presents corporate image,by which company create powerful brand and profits.Image store is the direct source of profit and information and is the platform to communicate with consumers. Unified store image, unified house style and unified standard service can not only realize the function of product sales, transmit brand content, reveal than great power of the company and enhance confidence and sense of belonging of customers and what’s more it can create maximum profits for the business partners of our company.

一．形象店加盟资格

1）身体健康，具备高中或同等以上学历，能熟练使用现代化办公设备；

2）热爱同源堂事业、认同公司营销理念、愿意遵守公司的规章制度；

3）具备津城同源堂高级会员资格，具有相应的团队力量为基础，且个人奖金总额累积达到一万元以上；

4）具备自有或租赁，且不在学校、医院、部队、政府机关，在当地工商管理部门可正式注册登记的经营场所；

5）具备较强的经营、管理能力，诚实守信，无商业失信的履历，品行端正，群众基础良好；

6）五万元订货申请成为公司授权形象店，公司批准后，即可享受6％店补，其中包括35个会员资料袋（价值1000元）与4.9万元产品额度（店长可自由选择津城同源堂旗下各类产品进行组合，总价不超过4.9万元）。
Ⅰ. Working qualification of image store
1) Good health, high school graduate or above, skillfully use modern office equipment;

2) Love the business of TONGYUAN GROUP, identify with the marketing concept of our company, be willing to abide by the rules and regulations of our company;

3)Have the qualificationsof senior membership, be supported by team work, and the cumulative total of individual bonuses is up to one million yuan;

4) Have owned or leased management place, and not in schools, hospitals, military units, government agencies, and register in local commercical administration departments;

5) Have strong business, management ability, honesty and trustworthiness, no commercial dishonesty resume, good conduct, good mass base;

6) Fifty thousand yuan order qualifies you to open image store of our company ,after the approvement of the company , you can enjoy 6% of subsidy, including 35 product kits (worth 1,000 yuan) and 49,000 yuan worth of products (the shore manager can choose and make combination of various products of our company, total price is not more than 49,000 yuan.)

二．形象店的审批流程

1）具备申请形象店资格的津城同源堂的经销人员，在个人网上平台“申请店铺”中提出申请；（为保障信息和货物及时发送，申请者须将准确的联系方式和收货地址填写在申请表格上，以便及时得到公司最新资讯和货物的接收）；

2）经公司初步审核批准后，3个工作日内通知申请者本人；

3）形象店在签署加盟合同后开始选址。

4）申请人在接到公司正式通知二个月内，在当地办理卫生许可和营业执照（店名允许使用公司标识，法人必须是申请者本人，经营项目须包括食品、日化用品的销售及咨询服务，其他项目可另行添加），并进行店面装修；

5）加盟者将“营业执照副本、卫生许可证副本”原件、室内照片（不同角度各3张）发邮件至公司复审；邮箱：tongyuantang2009@

6）自批准日起，次月1日开始公司考核期，为期三个月。

＊经过公司审批合格成为形象店的店铺，必须保证向公司所提供的是真实有效的证件证明及真实存在的店铺，如利用伪造等虚假、违法手段提供的证明，公司将取消其形象店资格并且给与严肃处理，所造成的任何后果由其形象店申报者个人承担。
II. Approval process of image store

1) The qualified dealers adress application for the image store on the personal online platform "applications of store" (In order to protect information and the timely delivery of goods, the applicant shall fill in correct contact and delivery address so that receive the latest information and goods timely);

2) After the preliminary examination and approval of the company , we will inform the applicants in 3 working days;

3) Image store will have to start find locations after signing the contract,

4) Within two months after receiving the formal notice of our company,dealers have to apply for Hygiene licenses and business licenses in the local government(You are qualified to use company logos as the shop name, corporate must be the applicants themselves,maketing itoms must include food, daily chemical products sales and consulting services, other items can be added), and decorate the store;

5) The franchisee have to send an email to the company with the content of the original "business license copy, health permit copy ", interior photos of the store (three photos with different angles) for a review; E-mail adress: tongyuantang2009@

6) Since the moment of the approval, on the 1st day of month the company begins to have assessment period of three months.

* After approval of qualifying as the image store of the company, image store must ensure that provide the company with valid identity documents proof of shops, if the store uses the false evidence provided by illegal means, the company will cancel the image store qualifications and give serious treatment, the image store itself will bear all aftereffect.

三．形象店店面要求

1）店面面积必须在建筑面积50平米以上，室内须能明确划分出待客区、商品陈列区与店长办公区域；

2）形象店必须挂有公司网站提供样板的牌匾（带有公司标示与文字），牌匾大小须与形象店门楣匹配；

3）形象店室内装修要求简洁、明快、大方得体，墙壁在干净整洁的基础上悬挂公司网站提供的宣传图（共10张）；

4）形象店只能经营公司所销售的产品，商品陈列要整齐、丰满、方便和美观；

5）店铺内其他陈设可参考公司网站提供的陈设标准。
III. Requirements of the image storefront

1) Store Area must be more than 50 square meters, room must be divided clearly into hospitality areas, merchandise display area and manager office area;

2) The image store must hang board provided by the company website (marked with the company and text), size of which has to be matched with the door lintel of image store;

3) The image shop interior decoration require to be simple, clean and decent, hang advertising photos on the wall provided by the company's Web site (10 sheets);

4) The image store can only sell products of our company, goods on display have to be put neatly and nice;

5) Other furnishings in the shop can refer to furnishings standards on the company Web site.

四．形象店运营管理

（一）对形象店店长的要求：

1）店长负责维持店内良好的销售业绩；全面负责形象店管理及运作；制订形象店销售计划并具体落实；传达并执行公司总部下达的市场工作计划；负责与公司总部及其他业务部门的联系沟通

2）店长个人业务技能需要达标

①熟练掌握公司网络平台的操作流程，能够准确无误为团队成员进行报单等服务
②店长应对整个行业状况了解，能够准确清晰地向他人介绍公司的企业背景及实力，并对公司产品的特点、使用方法、注意事项等了然于胸。

（二）对形象店的要求

1）营业期间正规操作，维护公司各方面的声誉；

2）公司实施统一的广告宣传。任何形象店在未经公司授权许可的情况下，不得在任何广告载体上以天津津城同源堂名义发布广告；

3）形象店有义务配合公司做好市场调研，准确及时向公司提供市场信息。公司发布的信息要及时传达，最新信息应及时张贴于告示栏上；

4）形象店每周报单额不少于5800PV，单月报单额不得低于29000PV，否则公司将取消其形象店资格；

5）公司针对形象店发货数额每次不能低于8700PV，即15套产品，否则形象店承担相应的物流费用；

6）公司只针对形象店发货。
IV. Operation and management of image store

(A) Requirements for the image store manager:

1) The store manager is responsible for maintaining good sales performance; fully responsible for the management and operation of the image store; The manager has to make developing sales plan o and assure actual implementation; The manager has to help transmitting marketing plans of the company and implement it and is responsible for other business contacts communication with the corporate headquarters .

2) Personal business skills of image store manager required to be qualified

① familiar with the operation process of the company network platform,give accurate advisory imformation and other services for team members
② manager should know the entire industry conditions, can accurately describe the strength of the company's business background and characteristics of the company's products to people .

(B) Requirements of the image store

1) During the working time have normal business operation, maintain and protect company's reputation;

2) The company implemented a unified advertising. Any image store without authorized permission shall not release any advertising project under the name of TongYuan Group.

3) The image store has to cooperate with the company to do market research ,provide accurate and timely market information to the company. The company's information has to be transmitted timely, the latest information should be posted on the bulletin board timely;

4) Image store trade circular should not be less than 5800PV a week, not less than 29000PV monthly, otherwise the company will cancel the image shop qualifications;

5)The amount of delivery can not be less than 8700PV, namely 15 sets of products, otherwise the image shop will have to bear the corresponding logistics costs;

6) Our company only delivers goods to image store

五．公司对形象店的支持

1）一、二级城市每个区可开办两家形象店，如想开办第三家需经前两家店长同意；三级以下城市每个区可开办一家形象店。审批标准严格按照申请者先后顺序，先把营业执照和租房证明报备公司者优先得到开办权利。

2）公司形象店拥有报单权，店补为当月全部报单额的6%。

3）暂时性报单权：

为了保证新开发或尚未成熟的地区的合作伙伴们能够将同源堂事业顺利开展，公司也将在一定考察基础上给予相应的报单权利；此保单权利为暂时性给予，市场一旦相对成熟，当地经销商同样需要申请合格的形象店来获得正式报单权。

对于暂时性报单权，公司同样有严格要求，连续四周报单数额累积不超过12单，即6960PV的，公司将取消其临时报单权。

4）今后全国区域新申请的形象店，公司同样会大力支持，只要符合本管理规范的各项要求，且在三个月内连续累积完成15万PV业绩的，公司将特许赠送超豪华大礼三件套，包括：液晶电视、DVD、台式液晶电脑。于每年1月份和7月份的公司大会上赠送。
Ⅴ. Support for image store from the company

1) First, in primary and secondary cities each district may have two stores, if you want to apply for a third one,the former two managers have to qualify you; In sub cities each district can only have one shop. The criteria for approving applicants is strict and by the order, store which send business license and renting proof to the company will be qualified first.

2)Image store has the trade circular right , subsidy is 6% of the amount of trade circular

3) Temporary trade circular qualification
: In order to ensure that new development or not yet mature partners can carry out business fo our company successfully, the company will also qualify them appropriate trade circular rights; this right is temporary, once the market is relatively mature, the local Dealers also need to apply for to be qualified image store to get formal trade circular qualification.

For temporary trade circular qualification , the company also has strict requirements, if the cumulative amount in continuous four weeks is less than more than 12 orders, namely 6960PV, the company will cancel its trade circular qualification.

4)For new application of image store across the country, the company also will give big support, provided that they meet the requirements of the management standards, and complete consecutive accumulation of 15 thousand PV within three months, the company will reward the image store three ultra-luxury gifts, including: LCD TV, DVD, LCD desktop computers. In January and July each year the company will award prizes .

六．形象店违规管理

形象店店长如作出以下违反形象店管理规定的行为，公司将视具体情况、情节轻重给予不同程度的处分。对情节严重者取消加盟店资格直至追究法律责任。

（一） 处分等级及内容

具体处分等级包括一至四个处分等级。其中一级警告（口头或书面形式）、二级扣发营运费用补贴、三级形象店停业整顿、四级取消形象店经营资格。

VI. Image store irregularities management

Image store manager made the following violations of the image store management provisions , the company will depend on the specific circumstances of the severity ,give different degrees of punishment.The company will cancel the membership qualifications and investigate for legal responsibility according to law.

(A) Punishment level and content

Specific punishment levels includes one to four action levels in which warning (verbal or written form) is the first level , the secondary is withholding subsidies for operating and the third is to suspend its business to bring up to standard ,
,the fourth level is to cancel qualifications of the image store.

（二） 形象店违规行为

公司将不定期抽查各个形象店，如发现有违反同源堂运营管理规定以及其他伤害公司形象的行为，公司将对该违规形象店处以一至四级处罚，其他具体违规行为如下：

1）违反店名、标志和商标的使用规定；

2）没有遵照公司所做的价格规定，擅自调整价格销售产品；

3）陈列和销售非津城同源堂提供的商品；

4）从事其它有损公司经济利益和商业信誉的经营活动；

5）泄露公司的商业机密；

6）通过不正当竞争手段损害其他形象店的利益和形象；

7）擅自更改报单，超报、漏报、不报业绩，拖延向公司报送业务报表；

8）不能及时、准确的传达公司资讯，影响市场运作；

9）其它没有涵盖的违规行为。

此规定自正式公布之日起执行，天津津城同源堂科技有限责任公司拥有对本规定修改和最终解释权。
B) Image store violations

The company will from time to time check each image store, if we find violations of the provisions of TONGYUAN operations management, and other acts harmful to the company's image, the company will punish the store according to the four-level penalties, and other specific violations are as follows:

1) In violation of its name, logo and trademark using requirement;

2) The store did not comply with the price of the company, arbitrarily adjusted the price to sell products;

3) display and sale prodcuts which are produced by TONGYUAN GROUP

4) activities detrimental to the economic interests of the company's operations and business reputation;

5) The disclosure of the company's trade secrets;

6) damage other image stores’ interests and image by unfair competition,

7) make an unauthorized change of trade circular,exaggerate,omiss or not submit trade circular

8) can not timely and accurately transmit information of company, affect the operation of the market;

9) Other violations not covered.

三、活动实施的计划
1、 做好读书登记簿
（1） 每个学生结合实际，准备一本读书登记簿，具体格式可让学生根据自己喜好来设计、装饰，使其生动活泼、各具特色，其中要有读书的内容、容量、实现时间、好词佳句集锦、心得体会等栏目，高年级可适当作读书笔记。
（2） 每个班级结合学生的计划和班级实际情况，也制定出相应的班级读书目标和读书成长规划书，其中要有措施、有保障、有效果、有考评，简洁明了，易于操作。
（3）中队会组织一次“读书交流会”展示同学们的读书登记簿并做出相应评价。
2、 举办读书展览：
各班级定期举办“读书博览会”，以“名人名言”、格言、谚语、经典名句、“书海拾贝”、“我最喜欢的＿＿＿”、“好书推荐”等形式，向同学们介绍看过的新书、好书、及书中的部分内容交流自己在读书活动中的心得体会,在班级中形成良好的读书氛围。
