7、位、报告安排、职责或工作地点的变更将不构成对您的雇佣的终止,也不将使您有权享受本劳动合同的终止条款下的任何利益。Considering the occupation and personal situation ,after consultation with employee, the employee may inform employee of reasonable change of employeer position ,reporting arrangement ,responsibility and work place at any time after starting wo

Any changes on employeer position, arrangement, duties or workplace will not pose for employeer employment termination, nor the right to enjoy the benefits of any termination of the labor contract.2. 1B生效日 EFFECTIVE DATE本雇佣合同以及其项下您的义务将于您在您的新职位的第一个工作日起始,该等日期应为插入日期。The employment contract and e

10、 continuity on the employees service shall be recognized . 3. 2B雇用的先决条件Prerequisite of Employment体检 Physical examination用人单位的录用应以您向用人单位提供相关材料证明您已经与一家经注册的医疗机构完成了能让用人单位满意的体检为条件。Employee shall be employed on the condition of relevant qualified materials that employee have completed physical examination
11、 in a registered medical institutions to be provided to employee.雇佣文件 Employment Documents用人单位的录用应以下列条件为前提:The employee recruitment should be subject to the following conditions:(a) 您必须提供一份您身份证或护照的复印件;以及(b)根据用人单位的要求,您必须提供有关您的技能与资格的所有文件的复印件。(a) Employeer ID card or copy of employeer passport shall be
12、 provided; and(b) Employee must provide a copy of all files on employeer skills and qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the employee.您必须将该等文件的复印件连同您的承诺一起转交给用人单位,并于您在该职位上的工作的第一天携带该等文件的原件以便确认。Employee must have the file copy and commitment to the employee and carry the original docum

Employee should be on employeer first day of work to provide a no criminal proof.4. 报酬 PAYMENT您的起始工资为年薪人民币0.00 元,按月发生并每月支付人民币0.00 元至您指定的银行账户。Employeer startin
16、g salary is RMB 0.00 yuan yearly salary, and the monthly payment of RMB 0.00 yuan to employeer designated bank account.您的报酬将接受年度审查但并不必然发生变更。Employeer reward will accept the annual review but not necessarily change.5. 税 TAX您必须支付适用于您的任何所得税。用人单位将从您的报酬中代扣您应当支付的所得税与其他任何必须的费用,并根据所适用的法律与法规将该等费用支付给相关政府机关。Em
17、ployee have to pay all income tax that employee need to pay. Tax and .any other “necessary”response costs incurred therefrom will be withhold from employeer salary and, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, handed in to relevant government by employeer employee.6. 3B法定社会保险与公积金(住房基金)Soc
18、ial Insurance and Accumulation Fund用人单位代您缴纳您的法定住房基金与社会保险,包括养老金、医疗保险、工伤保险以及失业保险。您必须支付根据相关法律与法规应由您个人承担的社会保险。用人单位可以从您每月工资里代扣该等费用并根据相关适用的法律与法规代您将该等费用支付给相关社会保障机关。 The accumulation fund and social insurance, including pension, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance and unemployment insurance, wi
19、ll be payed by employeer employee. However, such social securities that shall be born by employeerself in accordance with laws and regulations can be deducted from employeer salaries and payed to Social Security Administration by employeer employee.7. 4B试用期仅针对新雇员为了确保您与用人单位都做出了正确的雇佣决定,自您与用人单位的雇佣开始之日起
20、将有一段为期三个月的试用期。用人单位可以自行决定将试用期再延长三个月。在试用期内,您可以选择提前3日书面通知用人单位以终止对您的雇佣。Probation There is a three-month probation from the commencement date of the employment which helps to ensure that employee and employeer employee have made right decision of employeer employment. Employee, at his sole discretion, ca
21、n extend probationary period to three (3) months/ decide a three-month extension. Employee shall file a written notice to employeer employee three(3) days in advance to terminate employment relationship during probationary period.8. 5B工作时间 WORKING TIME您的标准工作时间为周一至周五的早上8点半至下午5点半,中间有1小时的午餐休息时间。因确保服务的连
22、续性与安全之需要,用人单位有权指派您在午餐休息时间进行工作。您必须遵守该等指派。Standard working time is at half past eight in the morning to half past five in the afternoon from Monday to Friday morning, one-hour lunch break. For ensuring consistency of work and safety needs, employee is entitled to designate employee to work during lunc
