The pressure they give me is mostly about school. They are always telling me how important school is, which I know a
6、lready, but I dont need to hear it all the time. It gets annoying. The pressure I put on myself is mostly my fault, because this problem went away for a long time but it came back. I dont know from what, but it came back. I guess you can call it a stomach pain that goes away for a long time but come
7、s back unexpectedly. When I told my mom, I tried and tried to tell her what it was, but I didnt know what it was. So she took me to a counselor, but she said stuff I didnt want to hear. One day I went to the school counselor and she said maybe its from school and that was it. That could explain why
8、I wasnt doing so well. Now Mrs. A checked on me and we sat down and talked for at least 20 or 30 minutes. She asked me how it was going and I said fine. In school, my grades went up and also my self-esteem. The relations with my teachers are better and the relation with my mom is excellent. Thanks M

However, Loisie feels that in the long run most children feel better with just a few key activities because it gives them
