The engineering design elevation 100.000m addressed by an absolute elevation ± 0.000 Wusong elevation + 4.500m, natural floor space inside the absolute elevation of about + 4.500m, is the relative elevation ± 0.000m, the excavation depth is 1.30m. 1.4方案选择Scheme Selection 本基坑工程经分析具有以下特点: 1、基坑平面大体呈长方形,开挖面积较大,开挖影响范围内以粉砂性土为主,渗透性较好,降水工作是基坑开挖成败与否的关键; 2、基坑设计挖深一般,设计开挖深度大部分在3m以内; 3、场地周围环境条件不容乐观,基坑周围有已经建好的重要建筑物、构筑物、地下管线等,不具备一定的放坡开挖条件。 根据业主“SLIC-cMDI2-CP02”的设计要求,再结合本工程上述特点,因此本工程所有基坑均不采取坡比放坡;只采用钢板桩进行支护和轻型井点降水的围护,达到降水效果,再对本工程进行土方开挖。 The excavation was analyzed with the following characteristics: 1,A generally flat rectangular pit, excavation larger excavation within the scope of the silt of the soil, good permeability, precipitation excavation work is the key to success or failure; 2, deepening pit design in general, most of the excavation depth design within 3m; 3, site ambient conditions can not be optimistic, foundation has been built around important buildings, structures, underground pipelines, which does not possess the necessary grading or excavation. Should be block construction after digging to the bottom elevation and within 72 hours to complete the plain concrete cushion, and grasping the construction foundation slab. 4.2钢板桩施工方法Steel sheet pile construction method ⑴、基线确定:施工员在基坑边上定出轴线,留出以后施工需要的工作面,确定钢板桩施工位置。参照设计要求(SLIC-cMDI2-CP02)。 ⑵、定桩位:按顺序标明钢板桩的具体桩位,洒灰线标明。 ⑶、钢板桩施打: 第一根钢板桩插打:吊起钢板桩,打开机头夹板夹住桩头,垂直后在设计位置通过打桩机的液压振动锤将钢板桩插入至设计深度。 后续钢板桩插打:第一根桩打插完成以后,后续钢板桩沿前一根桩的扣槽插入至设计深度。 在钢板桩施工中,打设的允许误差为:桩顶标高偏差±100mm,钢板桩轴线偏差±100mm,钢板桩垂直度偏差为1%;在打设过程中,应监测是否在允许误差范围内,超出时及时纠正。 (1)Baseline to determine: the builder set axis on the edge of the foundation pit, set aside after the construction needs of the working face, determine the position of steel sheet pile construction.
