一、租赁范围：lease scope
二、租赁期限：lease duration

三、租赁费用：lease price

(4). 对于因甲方原因导致乙方不能如期支付租金的，乙方不承担逾期付款违约责任。

(5). 甲方在收到乙方的每笔租金后，必须按照各承包农户的土地面积及上述约定的租金标准，及时按比例向相关农户进行发放，如果因甲方原因而引发承包农户与乙方之间的矛盾，甲方必须承担全部责任。如果因承包农户与乙方之间的矛盾而造成乙方遭受损失的，甲方应赔偿乙方因此而遭受的全部损失(如适用)。
四、其他约定：miscellaneous terms
(1). 乙方在租赁期限内必须遵守国家的法律法规，保护当地环境，做好环评，并搞好卫生防疫工作。因乙方的养鸡污染而造成的直接损失由乙方负责承担。
(2). 乙方租用甲方所辖土地，在签订本土地租赁协议书后，应向甲方一次性支付农作物补偿费___________元/亩，其他费用：___________元。甲方需在乙方支付补偿费之前____日，就前述补偿费向乙方出具合法有效的相关发票。若因甲方未能及时出具合法有效的相关发票导致乙方未按期支付前述补偿费的，乙方不承担逾期付款的责任。对于因甲方原因导致乙方不能如期支付补偿费的，乙方不承担逾期付款违约责任。
(3). 甲方收到补偿费后须根据各承包农户的土地面积及所种作物品种及上述约定的补偿费标准按比例向承包农户支付。如果因甲方原因而引发承包农户与乙方之间的矛盾，甲方必须承担全部责
任。如果因承包农户与乙方之间的矛盾而造成乙方遭受损失的，甲方应赔偿乙方因此而遭受的全部损失。
(4). 本租赁协议终止或期满后，乙方须做好租赁土地的清理复垦工作，然后将租赁土地退还给甲方；如果清理复垦工作由甲方完成的话，则乙方须合理承担相关的复垦费用。该相关复垦费用复垦期间的土地租金由双方在复垦工作开始时协商并书面确认。
(4). after the termination or expiration of this lease agreement, party b is required to recover the lease land for re-cultivation purpose and then return the lease land to party a; if the land re-cultivation recovery work is performed by party a, then party b should be responsible for the related expenses of the re-cultivation recovery work. such related expenses of the re-cultivation recovery work and the rent during the land re-cultivation recovery period shall be negotiated by the parties and confirmed in writing at the time when the re-cultivation recovery work begins.
(5). 甲方有责任协调乙方与本协议涉及的部承包农户以及当地其他居民间的关系。乙方在项目建设和生产过程中因承包户、当地居民(包括周边群众)等人为因素迫使乙方停工、停产或减产的,甲篇二：养殖场土地租赁合同范本

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关法律规定，为了明确甲、乙双方的权利、义务，经双方平等协商，签订本合同。

六、合同约定的租赁期限界满或双方协商一致解除合同后10日内，乙方应向甲方办理交接手续，交接时乙方应保证工作人员撤离、将属于自己的设备腾清，并将租赁范围内的垃圾杂物等清理干净。
七、租赁期限为____年，从____年____月____日至____年____月____日。
八、经甲乙双方商定，租金的交纳采取按年支付先付后用的方式，
年租金为____元，由乙方于每年____月____日交纳给甲方。如逾期交纳租金30日以内，乙方除应补交所欠租金外还应向甲方支付年租金日千分之二的违约金；如逾期超过30日，甲方有权解除合同，乙方应甲方支付年租金百分之____的违约金。
九、甲方向乙方收取约定租金以外的费用，乙方有权拒付。
十、在租赁期限内，因不可抗拒的原因或者因城市规划建设，致使双方解除合同，由此造成的经济损失双方互不承担责任。

（5）在协议期内若甲方因政府征迁或其它非不可抗力因素造成

协议终止的，甲方必须对乙方改造租赁场地费用进行全额赔偿。
2、乙方责任：
（1）按时支付协议租赁场地费用。
（2）在甲方所提供租赁场地合理、合法进行养殖经营。
（3）做好防火、防盗相关工作，若在养殖经营过程中遇到偷盗与甲方无关。
五、其它：
本协议未尽事宜由双方协商解决，协商不成依法提起当地人民法院诉讼。
六、协议生效：
本协议一式两份，经甲乙双方签字盖章后生效。
