1．在正方一辩陈述观点后，轮到我方一辩陈述，我方一辩在开场就立刻提出了刚才对方辩手所遗漏的和有疏忽的地方：“I‟m sorry you just have missed a point that…”

2．当然，如果对方提出的问题确实偏离话题了，不要不回答他们这个跑题了的问题，回答是一定要的，然后记住：在四辩总结陈词时一定要只出他们在公辩时提出的问提偏离话题了，即“far away from the topic we are talking about”。

3．在前几个环节中，四辩一定要把对方辩手的遗漏之处尽量记下来，在总结的开始就提出他们的漏洞，这也是想要胜辩的关键！

4．最后还想提一点：辩论过程中语速不必太快。对非专业组来说，clearly还是比较关键的。

然后加点题外话：陈述的时候一定要自信，把握好时间，如果到后来时间到，你却没陈述完的时候也要保持自信，微笑，不管他们，把话说完，所以陈述部分的最后几句一定要背熟练。别忘了说THANK YOU。
