1、1. GENERAL概述1.1 Scope范畴a. This Standard Specification covers the general design requirements for centrifugal pumps within the following application limits and specified to comply with ASME B73.1 or B73.2 standards:本原则规范涉及遵守ASME B73.1或B73.2原则和满足下列条件离心泵设计。 Maximum discharge pressure 275 psig (19 kg/cm

International Standards Organization (ISO) 1940 “Mechanical Vibration Balance Quality Requirement for Rotors in a Constant (Rigid) State”(ISO) 1940机械振动刚性转子平衡精度规定l. National
10、,state,and local governmental regulations and laws国家、州和地方政府法律和规定。1.3 Acceptability Criteria可接受原则The vendors offering shall have proven success in industrial operation. Prototypes are not acceptable.供货商报价中规格和设计应具备在规定操作条件下现场成功应用验证记录(不接受样机)。2. DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION设计和建造2.1 General概述a. The design and
11、construction of horizontal pumps shall comply with ASME B73.1 except where modified by either the UOP Project Specification(s) or UOP Standard Specification(s).卧式离心泵应遵守ASME B73规定,“UOP公司工程规范”“UOP公司原则规范”中加以修改某些除外。 b. The design and construction of vertical pumps shall comply with ASME B73.2 except whe
12、re modified by either the UOP Project Specification(s) or UOP Standard Specification(s).立式离心泵应遵守ASME B73规定,“UOP公司工程规范”“UOP公司原则规范”中加以修改某些除外。c. All equipment shall be designed to operate in a totally unprotected outdoor environment.泵要按照完全无防护,室外环境运营条件设计。 d. Pumps and mechanical seals shall be designed
13、for continuous operation at the maximum pumping temperature. If a maximum pumping temperature is not specified,the normal pumping temperature plus 50F (28C) minimum shall be used.泵设计应使其在至少高于规定最高运营温度50F (28C)下持续运营。 e. Inducers shall not be used.不容许使用诱导轮f. For horizontal pumps,the pump vendor shall mo

Vertical drive components shall be in the pump vendors scope of supply and they shall be aligned and match marked in the vendors shop.供应商应立式电机组件并对齐和标记在供应商商店里2.2 Hydraulic Selection Criteria水利选取原则a. Pumps that have stable head/flow rate cur
15、ves (continuous head rise to shutoff) are preferred for all applications and are required if parallel operation is specified. If parallel operation is specified,the head rise from rated point to shutoff shall be at least 10%. If a discharge orifice is used as a means of providing a continuous rise t
16、o shutoff,this use shall be stated in the proposal.有稳定压头泵/流量曲线(持续闭阀扬程)泵合用于所有应用且需要如果是并联操作。如果指定并联操作,额定扬程和闭阀扬程至少差10%。如果采用排水孔来提供闭阀扬程,需单独阐明。b. The maximum impeller diameter for a single-stage overhung pump design,operating at 2950 rpm to 3600 rpm,shall be 13 inches (330 millimeters)转速2950 rpm 到 3600 rpm单

18、10%之间。d. Pumps with constant speed drivers shall be capable of a future head increase of at least 5% at rated flow rate by installing a new impeller.以恒定速度驱动泵,应具备每安装一种新叶轮在额定流量中增长至少5%流量能力。e. The suction specific speed shall not exceed 11,000 (USGPM,ft),13,000 (M3/hr,meters). The suction specific speed
19、 of pumps over 100 HP (75 kW) in water or aqueous solution (over 50% water) services shall not exceed 9500 (USGPM,ft),11,000 (M3/hr,meters).吸力比速度不超过11000(USGPM,ft),13000(M3 / hr,米)。在水或水溶液(超过50%水)中,泵吸力比为100 HP(75 kW),不超过9500(USGPM,ft),11000(M3 / hr,米)。f. Hydrocarbon correction factors shall not be us
20、ed to calculate Net Positive Suction Head(NPSH).不应使用碳氢化合物校正因子计算汽蚀余量(NPSH)2.3 Flanges法兰a. The suction and discharge flanges shall be the same Class.出入口法兰应采用统一规格b. Flange classes are specified in accordance with ASME B16.1,ASME B16.42 and ASME B16.5. Flange classes listed in UOP Project Specifications
21、 are based upon design pressure and temperature conditions only,and do not account for other loads. The final design of all flanges shall account for gasket seating and external loads.Differential thermal expansion for dissimilar joints and transient thermal conditions such as start-up/shutdown and
22、operational upset shall be accommodated.法兰级别采用ASME B16.5规定。“UOP公司工程规范”给出法兰级别只按照设计压力和温度条件,没有考虑其他负载。所有法兰最后设计应考虑最小预紧压力和外部负载。不同种材料连接产生不均匀热膨胀和开车/停车及操作不稳定期瞬时热状态应加以考虑。 c. Flanges intended for use with spiral wound gaskets shall have a flange surface finish of 125 micro inch Ra minimum to 250 micro inch Ra
23、maximum. Flanges intended for use with other gaskets shall have a flange surface finish within the optimal range for the specified gasket. Finishes shall be judged by visual comparison with surface finish roughness standards conforming to ASME B46.1. Flange finishes shall be protected from damage du
