Based on the construction project as an example, theHospital medical hospital complex building construction organization design of Dongchuan with actual situation of the project, the construction of each division subdivisional work detailed design scheme. 经过认真阅读图纸,仔细了解有关情况,编制了本《施工组织设计》。编制时对工期、质量目标、项目管理机构设置与劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、主要技术方案、安全、文明施工、环保、季节性施工等诸多因素做了充分考虑,突出了其科学性、适用性及针对性。本工程施工组织设计,主要依据目前国家对建设工程质量、工期、安全生产、文明施工、降低噪声、保护环境等一系列的具体化要求,依照《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《建设工程质量管理条例》、《国家现行建筑工程施工与验收技术规范》、《建筑安装工程质量检验评定标准》、《施工招标评定标办法》以及根据政府建设行政主管部门制定的现行工程等有关配套文件,参照本工程的施工图,进行了全面而细致的编制,其作用在于指导工程施工,确保按时完成工程的全部施工内容。本工程施工组织设计,是按照建设单位招标会通知精神和内容要求进行了认真而详细的编制,未提之处均按照施工图纸设计、国家现行技术规范、质量评定标准以及有关文件等要求的具体规定进行施工。 1.2编制依据 1.2.1 该工程编制方案主要有以下有关标准、规范和(应满足但不限于下列规范要求): 1.《建设工程项目管理规范》(GB/T50326-2001) 2.《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2002) 3.《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002) 4.《建筑地基处理技术规范》(JGJ79-91) 5.《建筑地面工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50209-2002) 6.《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001) 7.《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》(GB50300-2001) 8.《建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50202-2002) 9.《砌体工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50203-2002) 10.《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规》(GB50204-2002) 11.《混凝土质量控制标准》(GB50164-92) 12.《工程测量规范》(GB50026-93) 13.《屋面工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50207-2002) 14.《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ89-99) 15.《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》(JGJ46-88) 16.《建筑施工组织设计规范》(GB50502-2009) 1.2.2 编制原则 1.严格遵守国家、地方的技术规范、施工规程和质量评定与验收标准。 2.坚持技术先进性、科学合理性、经济适用性与实事求是相结合。 3.在满足规划、消防要求的前提下,本着经济合理的原则,因地制宜,充分有效地利用土地和合理布局。 4.尊重环境,以人为本,力求建筑与环境协调一致,并衬托和美化环境,力求建筑造型新颖美观,有区域特色,并突出时代特色。 1.2.3 编制内容 施工图纸所包括的全部土建和水电安装工程。 第二章 :工程概况及施工特点 2.1 工程建设概况 东川区中医综合楼位于东川区古铜路与碧云街交汇处,场地西面紧邻碧云街北紧邻门诊楼,南面紧邻私人住宅,西侧局部紧邻医院职工宿舍。是东川中医院改建扩建项目子项目。 2.1.1 建筑名称:医技住院综合楼 建设单位:东川区中医院筹建办 建设地点:东川区铜鼓镇 2.1.2 总 占 地 面 积: 9850.60平方米 建筑总占地面积: 849.53平方米 加 建 面 积: 5585.72平方米 (地上4787.76平方米,地下797.96平方米) 2.1.3 建筑层数: 医技住院综合楼:地上6层,地下1层,建筑高度为23.100米 2.1.4 建筑结构类型:框架剪力墙结构;建筑抗震设防类别:乙类; 合理使 用年限:50年;抗震设防烈度:九度。构造措施:比九度更高的要求 2.1.5 建筑耐火等级:二级:屋面防水等级:二级;地下室防水等级:一级。 2.2 工程施工特点 2.2.1 建筑特点: a、墙体 1、 钢筋混凝土墙体。 2 、墙体留洞及封堵 钢筋混凝土墙上的留洞见结构和设备施工图,砌筑墙预留洞见设备图。混凝土墙留洞的封堵见结施,其余砌筑墙留洞待管道设备安装完毕后,用C20细石混凝土填实;变形缝处双墙留洞的封堵,应在双墙分别增设套管,套管与穿墙管之间嵌堵防火材料,防火墙上留洞以大于3小时的防火材料封堵。 3、±0.000以下隔墙采用200厚MU10混凝土空心砌块,以M5砂浆砌筑。 4、±0.000以上外墙填充墙,卫生间、污洗间、楼梯间和井道、设备机房、防火墙、主要房间分隔墙 等采用200厚加气混凝土砌块,;电梯井道、新风机房等有隔声要求的房间采用200厚M10混凝土实心砌块,以Mb5砂浆砌筑.其他房间、管井隔墙采用150厚加气混凝土砌块砌筑。加气混凝土砌块砌筑应符合当地的规定,以专用砂浆砌筑,并全面挂钢丝网以防止墙体开裂. 5、墙身防潮层:无地下室的底层混凝土地坪下设置防潮层、室内地坪标高变化处在有高低差时,埋土一侧的墙身应设置防潮层,防潮层采用能与地坪混凝土直接结合的高分子防水卷材,并以聚合物水泥粘结料和钢筋混凝土相结合。 6、隔声墙:200厚实心混凝土砌块,砌筑外附轻钢龙骨,中距600,中填50厚袋装超细玻璃棉,外覆8厚穿孔FC 板。孔率大于等于20%。(用于产生噪声的各种设备用房的隔墙) 7、诊室隔墙:砌体为200厚加气混凝土砌块,隔墙为150厚轻质隔墙。 b、地下室防水工程: 本地下工程防水等级为一级,防水混凝土设计抗渗等级为S6。 执行《地下工程防水技术规范》GB50108-2001和西南地区建筑标准设计《建筑图集》04J112。做法为: 侧墙(由内至外): 项目名称 施工方法 侧墙 (由内到外) 1、20厚1:2.5水泥砂浆粉刷 2、防水混凝土侧墙 3、聚乙烯涤纶高分子复合防水层(1.2mm厚聚合物水泥防水胶粘料,0.8厚聚乙烯涤纶高分子防水卷材) 4、聚乙烯涤纶高分子复合防水层(1.2mm厚聚合物水泥防水胶粘料,0.8厚聚乙烯涤纶高分子防水卷材) 5、保护层 (20mm厚水泥砂浆) 6、300mm厚粘性土分层夯实(500厚) c、屋面:本工程屋面防水等级为二级,防水层合理使用年限为15年,设防要求为两道。执行《平屋面建筑构造》03J201-2和西南地区建筑标准设计《建筑图集》03J201. 做法为: 项目名称 施工方法 上人屋面 1、40厚C20细石混凝土(内配 Ф4@150 双向)6000x6000 分仓(缝宽20,内嵌防水油膏) 2、15厚1:2.5石灰砂浆隔离层 3、30厚挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板 4、20厚1:3水泥砂浆保护层 5、2.0厚聚乙烯涤纶高分子复合防水层 6、20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平层 7、找坡层:轻质陶粒混凝土(坡度2%,最薄处40) 8、钢筋混凝土屋面板,表面清扫干净 不上人屋面 1、20厚1:3水泥砂浆保护层 2、2.0厚聚乙烯涤纶高分子复合防水层 3、20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平层 4、找坡层:轻质陶粒混凝土(坡度2%,最薄处40) 5、钢筋混凝土屋面板,表面清扫干-
