Whereas, Party A is a legal holder of the corresponding electricity facilities and is able to provide high-quality electricity supply services; Party B needs to purchase the electricity to meet its production and living needs.

Article 1 Scope of Power Supply
1.1 Party A agrees to supply electricity to Party B to meet Party B's reasonable electricity needs.
1.2 The scope of power supply includes but is not limited to: industrial electricity for Party B, residential electricity for Party B, etc.
Article 2 Quality of Electricity
2.1 Party A promises that the electricity supplied meets national standards, ensuring the safety, stability, and uninterrupted power supply.
2.2 Party B has the right to request Party A to provide electricity quality inspection reports. If the electricity quality does not meet the contract requirements, Party B has the right to request Party A to rectify or compensate.
Article 3 Power Supply Price
3.1 The power supply price is determined by mutual agreement and is recorded in the appendix "Electricity Supply Price Table".
3.2 The electricity supply price will be adjusted according to national policies, with adjustments not exceeding 10%.
Article 4 Payment Method
4.1 Party B should pay the electricity bill to Party A according to the agreed payment method and time in the contract.
4.2 If Party B delays payment of the electricity bill, Party A has the right to suspend power supply services, and Party B shall bear all the consequences and expenses incurred.
Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 If either party violates the contract, they shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract and shall bear all expenses and losses caused thereby.
5.2 In the event of a dispute during the performance of this contract, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If no agreement is reached, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a court having jurisdiction.
Article 6 Contract Termination
6.1 The term of this contract is X years, and if it is to be renewed upon expiration, it shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.
6.2 This contract shall enter into force upon signature and seal by both parties and shall be binding.

Article 4 Electricity Usage and Costs
4.1 Party B should reasonably use electricity according to the contract. In the event of a breach, Party B should bear the liability for breach of contract according to relevant regulations.
4.2 If electricity damage or waste is caused due to Party B's actions, Party B should bear the corresponding compensation liability.
Article 5 Termination of Contract
5.1 This contract shall automatically terminate under the following conditions:
   (1) Both parties agree to terminate the contract;
   (2) Termination of the contract according to laws, regulations, etc.
5.2 This contract shall enter into force upon signature and is valid until X year, X month, X day. If renewal is required, advance written notice shall be given.
