鉴于甲、乙双方为了共同发展、相互合作，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及其他相关法律、法规的规定，经过友好协商，达成以下协议：
第一条 合作内容
1.1 甲方将销售的塑料制品提供给乙方，乙方负责销售、推广和分销。
1.2 乙方应当按时缴纳甲方所提供的塑料制品的货款，并及时反馈销售情况。
1.3 甲、乙双方应保持良好的沟通和合作，共同推动销售业绩的提高。
第二条 合作期限

第八条 争议解决

Article 1 Cooperation Content

Article 7 Termination of Cooperation

7.2 If one party seriously violates the content of this cooperation agreement and causes significant losses to the other party, the other party has the right to terminate the cooperation early.
