2. Party B shall immediately cease the use of the confidential information after the breach and return all related materials.
Article 4 Termination of the Agreement
1. If Party B violates this agreement significantly, Party A has the right to terminate this agreement and require Party B to assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
Article 5 Dispute Resolution
1. In case of any disputes during the performance of this agreement, the parties shall negotiate for settlement. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the People's Court where Party A is located.
Article 6 Other Agreements
1. This agreement shall become effective from the date of signature and seal by both Party A and Party B and the confidentiality obligations of the confidential information shall continue to be valid after termination.

1. If Party B engages in the following circumstances, it shall be deemed as a breach, and Party A has the right to terminate this agreement:
(1) Unauthorized disclosure of commercial confidential information to a third party;
(2) Use of commercial confidential information for other purposes;
(3) Failure to maintain confidentiality as required.
Article 5 Dispute Resolution
1. In case of any disputes during the performance of this agreement, the parties shall negotiate for settlement in a friendly manner. If the negotiation fails, either party can sue in the People's Court where Party A is located.
