Confidentiality*6.1 Both parties shall keep confidential any commercial secrets and business confidential information involved in the cooperation process and shall not disclose it to third parties. Dispute Resolution*7.1 In case of differences or disputes between the parties, they shall actively resolve through amicable negotiation.
