Model of Study Abroad Service Agreement

Party B: International Student
Whereas Party A is an institution with rich experience in study abroad services, and Party B wishes to successfully complete their study abroad plans with the help of Party A. After friendly negotiations, the two parties have reached the following agreement:
Article 1. Service Content
1.1 Party A will provide comprehensive study abroad services for Party B, including school selection, application, visa assistance, accommodation, airport pick-up, etc.
1.2 Party A will customize a study abroad plan for Party B based on their preferences and qualifications, and provide professional guidance and advice.
Article 2. Service Fees
2.1 Party B agrees to pay the service fees according to the fee standards set by Party A, and to pay a certain percentage of the fees at the signing of this agreement.

Article 3. Confidentiality Clause
