2. Without written consent from the other party, neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties.
IX. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. The establishment, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Disputes between the parties arising in the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation first; if no agreement is reached, they should be brought to the competent People's Court for litigation.
X. Miscellaneous
1. Matters not covered by this Agreement may be supplemented by a separate agreement signed by both parties, which shall have equal legal effect as this Agreement.
