Confidentiality Agreement
In consideration of the business operations that involve a large amount of trade secrets and important information, the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") has drafted this Confidentiality Agreement to be signed with the employees or partners (hereinafter referred to as "Party B").
I. Scope of Confidentiality
1. Party B undertakes to keep all the trade secrets and important information provided by Party A confidential during and after the cooperation. Party B shall not disclose or reveal such information to any third party without the written consent of Party A.
2. Party B shall take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information provided by Party A, and prevent it from being disclosed, damaged, or lost.
II. Confidentiality Obligation
1. Party B shall strictly abide by the confidentiality agreement and ensure that the confidentiality obligations shall continue to be fulfilled during and after the cooperation, and shall not disclose Party A's trade secrets and important information for any reason.
