Article 7 Completion Acceptance

2. In case of quality issues, Party B shall rectify them within a reasonable time and invite Party A for re-inspection.
Article 8 Breach of Contract Liability
1. If either party fails to perform its obligations under this contract, it shall bear liability for breach of contract.

Article 9 Taxes and Fees
1. Taxes and fees in the contract price shall be shared by both parties in accordance with relevant national regulations.
2. If changes in taxes and fees occur due to policy changes, they shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
Article 10 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to an arbitration institution with jurisdiction for resolution.
Article 11 Other Matters
1. This contract shall come into effect upon signature and seal by both parties, and the appendices shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
