Whereas Party A intends to carry out an engineering project and requires engineering cost consulting services, in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, after friendly negotiation, this contract is hereby signed for mutual compliance and commitment.
I. Service Content and Requirements
1. Party B shall conduct comprehensive and detailed calculations, analysis, and evaluation of the engineering project based on the materials provided by Party A, and produce accurate engineering cost reports.
2. Party A shall cooperate with Party B, provide necessary support and assistance to ensure the smooth progress of the engineering cost consulting services.
II. Payment of Fees
1. Party A shall pay the engineering cost consulting service fees to Party B in a timely and full manner according to the agreed payment method.
2. Party B shall provide quality and quantity-based engineering cost consulting services and issue corresponding fee invoices. Party A shall make the payment to Party B within 7 working days upon receipt of the invoice.
III. Confidentiality

IV. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute arising from this contract, both parties shall resolve it amicably through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent People's Court.
V. Other Matters
1. This contract shall come into effect on the date when both parties sign and affix their seals and shall remain effective until the completion of the cooperation between both parties.
