Whereas Party A has network service resources and operational capabilities, and Party B has certain market promotion channels and customer resources. In order to jointly develop the market, the two parties have reached the following agreement:
Article 1 Cooperation Content
Party A is responsible for providing network services to Party B, including but not limited to website construction, promotion operation, content management, and other related services.
Article 2 Cooperation Method
1. Party B is responsible for developing the market and promoting Party A's network services to potential customers.
2. Party A assists Party B in carrying out market promotion work, providing necessary technical support and training.
Article 3 Cooperation Period
This cooperation agreement shall take effect from the date of signing by both parties and shall be valid for one year. Three months before the expiration of the agreement, both parties may negotiate renewal.
Article 4 Confidentiality Clause
Both parties shall keep confidential any business secrets and other confidential information involved in the cooperation. Without the other party's consent, they shall not disclose it.
Article 5 Termination of Agreement
1. If one party breaches the agreement, leading to the inability to continue the cooperation, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement.
