Article 1 Product Admission Requirements

Article 4 Confidentiality Responsibility
4.1 The parties under this Agreement shall keep confidential information related to business secrets and shall not disclose or use others' business secrets without authorization.
4.2 Any party that violates the confidentiality obligations shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities and compensate for any losses incurred.
Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
