Whereas both Party A and Party B have the qualifications and capabilities to engage in ecommerce business, in order to promote the business development of both parties, this cooperation agreement is hereby entered into:
I. Cooperation Content
1. Party A provides e-commerce platform operation services to Party B, including but not limited to product listing, order processing, after-sales service, etc.;
2. Party B provides products or services, and actively cooperates with Party A to promote sales.
II. Rights and Obligations
1. Party A has the right to review the products provided by Party B and reserves the right to remove products;
2. Party B is responsible for ensuring the quality of the products provided, and assumes after-sales responsibilities;
3. Both parties shall comply with relevant national laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
III. Fee Settlement
1. Party A extracts the corresponding service fees as agreed;
2. Party B pays platform usage fees to Party A as agreed.
IV. Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep the contents of this agreement confidential and shall not disclose them to third parties.
V. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes arising from the execution of this agreement, both parties shall resolve them amicably through negotiations; if negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for resolution.
